This nasal mask is so easy to use. The stretchy straps are so easy to use and no more restocking velcro. Nasal pillows are super soft.

Fast Service
Fast Service. Receipt made it a little difficult to claim as it showed an outstanding balance when paid. Bought an extra hose thinking there was only one hose in the bundle, however as one came with the machine, I ended up paying for a third hose not needed. (Will store for next year). Would be handy for the description to include that the hose in the bundle is a secondary hose :)

Excellent value and great service!
I had been looking for a travel CPAP machine for some time and kept returning to the ResMed Air mini but the price elsewhere was really off-putting for a package. CPAP Online Australia had a great package, at a much cheaper price than other sellers. It included extras i.e. padded travel bag, which was an add-on with other packages I'd seen, and an excellent price overall.
Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, well packaged, tracked, and communication was seamless. The follow up has been good without being intrusive and a second order for filters etc., was also very quick, and well-packed.
Based on my experience I would highly recommend CPAP Online

I ordered on 1/9
I ordered on 1/9. But no action. No following up until I was waiting for long time 2 weeks. And the issue identifies and they promtly sent the order. Thank you staff for that action, but another issue. The Post delivery and marked gate locked while I'm in side the house. And look my phone to make sure they come and will open. End up THAT I have to go to Post office to collect. Take 1 month to get my order. How lovely experience - ridiculous. Thank you for your services. Will not order again.

We're also sorry to hear about the delivery issue. Once an order is dispatched, it's in the hands of Australia Post, so unfortunately we don't have control over how it's delivered. If this happens again, we'd recommend lodging a complaint directly with Australia Post so they can follow it up.
