Mini split 18000
Shipping was fast. Units came in 2 boxes. Installing was easy. Still had to get a professional to do the outside wiring and line drainage. But overall unit is up and running. Very satisfied.

App not working and customer service is the absolute worst, and your reply saying you contacted me and correcting the issue is not the truth at all, you reply with generic responses and after a week of back and forth with no corrections to the issue at all other then offering a $30 refund, totally ridiculous!!!!!! Fix the problem!!!

The only issue was going to 5 stores…
The only issue was going to 5 stores searching for the 5/16” to 1/4” reducing fitting for the vacuuming the lines before applying the Freon . You might consider adding that fitting with the purchase. Very easy to install units and run drain line , electrical wiring and Freon lines. I’m an electrician by trade. Very pleased with how quiet it runs. 👍🏻✌️

Missing items, customer service won't respond
Update: they promptly reached out after this review and offered me a useless refund amount that doesn't come close to purchasing the items new locally. or, wait forever to receive a replacement overseas which doesn't help since summer is nearly over and I bought this for a current job requirement. I suggested other options they offered to replace it with the same unit and me send this one back and I could have my item in as little as 3 days. I responded "perfect. that works for me, let's do it" and I stopped receiving messages. It's now been almost another week with no responses to several more emails asking what's going On and I can only assume they didn't have any intention of doing that.I'm now 3 weeks in to this with no resolution. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! I have ordered a different unit from another company, had it installed, and works perfect. and their customer service was great. Meanwhile still not getting a single response back from COZEWARE.
Purchased this item and arrived missing the refrigerant lines. I reached out and quickly received a response. I then returned a message with the requested information /photos and have not heard back since. Even after sending nearly half a dozen emails out. So I now have spent over $1000 on this unit I can't use without the lines. This customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Also you can't beat the price.
I would like to see in the future some accessories being offered to finish the install.

Shipping was incredibly fast. Installation was super easy and then there are so many videos online about installing them it’s crazy. Plus the discount was the best. I got 3 12k btu units for the price of 1 from another brand. Give all the stars for it and seems well built. Longevity is yet to be seen but after a week so far so good

everything work like it's supposed to it was easy anybody can do it if they just follow the instructions and maybe watch a few videos on YouTube to show you how it's done all the videos ain't perfect they do not show or tell some things or explain it in a good way for you to understand
