I made an order with this company and they only shipped a partial order. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund on items never received. In fact I’ve asked for a refund on my full order and this company has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I plan to put in a report with BBB and also contact my credit card in order to dispute. I would never recommend this site to anyone. I wore one of the clothes and as soon as wore item the button fell off. Cheap!

I would give mark 5 stars because she handled my return excellently, but 3 stars overall because the wait time was so long and the other 3 employees didn't even double check! The site is awful, I have tried numerous times to contact the customer service team via a virtual assistant but it is frustrating to have to answer automated questions that are completely unrelated to my problem before I can talk to real person. I was then told there was no one to contact and to try again later. I tried numerous times.

I purchased it before I saw these reviews and was a little worried, but that wasn't the case for me at all. My order was slightly delayed due to covid-19 but even though this was a courier issue, the team and BNKR were very kind to me and gave me as much helps as they even wanted to hear about the problems I was having contacting the courier. The dress arrived, it's beautiful, it's the right size and exactly as pictured. I'm so glad I bought it and will be returning it as soon as possible.

My order was received within 4 days of purchase. I inadvertently put the wrong details in my order but customer service was very helpful responsive. The quality of the merchandise is very good. Considering the price of the items they sell, it would be nice if the packaging was better.

I have to say it was a great experience. The shipping time was reasonable for US delivery. It took only 12 days from order to delivery. They sent a timely order confirmation email and provided me with DHL tracking information a few days later after the item started shipping. Received my dress and it is beautiful and just as described! I can't speak for returns. But I won't buy anything overseas unless I'm sure it fits or the discount is great because returns are too much of a hassle and too expensive!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from tem. The customs fees are exorbitant and should be more clearly stated on the actual product page under the shipping information. I was asked to pay an additional 145 euros to receive this dress. When I asked to return it, I was told I had to pay the cost of returning it plus the duty! This totaled 219 euros. This is a oke unless they are willing to pay the high fees.
