Living room items we’ve wanted for a long time. Coffee table and dresser look great. Unfortunately the sofas weren’t right for us - big thanks to Lauren and Berit P for getting us a refund on the damaged dresser and all the help organising logistics for returning the sofas.
Despite issues will be shopping with them again soon.

The staff at the Stow in the Wold branch were incredibly helpful and informative in helping us choose our ‘hidden office’ unit.
The delivery was arranged at a time to suit us, arrived within the given time slot and the drivers Charlie and Siu Pai were courteous and jolly.

We received our delivery today and were delighted with the service. Our slot was confirmed 48 hours in advance, we had a text confirmation on the day and the delivery was bang on time! Earle and Shane were excellent. We could not fault the team at the Cotswold store in Stow whose help and guidance was fantastic. The quality of the dresser and table is excellent. More than happy

My wife and I visited the flagship store in Stow on the Wold over the bank holiday weekend with the intention of ordering the Chester sideboard and bookcase. What a wonderful experience. The store is sympathetically set out across a number of rooms each showcasing furniture and accompanying soft furnishings, lamps etc. Unlike the big chain furniture outlets, The Cotswold Company almost felt bespoke and the quality of all of the items on display was obvious to see. On seeing the furniture we changed our minds and ordered from the Berkley Nordic range instead. A special mention for Mark who assisted us. Very polite, courteous and extremely professional, the in store support and ordering was seamless. No pressure from the sales team in store - just good honest advice. A day later and we received an email with our delivery date which we were able to amend on line for an earlier one. We will absolutely be going back the Cotswold Company for our next furniture purchase. A really pleasant experience and highly recommended for those with a discerning taste.

The staff is very friendly, but also professional and knowledgeable.

Have just bought some bedroom furniture from the Stow in the Wold branch, very friendly helpful service with good advice to help with the purchase. Lovely store with many beautiful pieces to buy. Delivery was scheduled for a week later. Excellent service, arrived exactly on time and the furniture was positioned in the room with great care. The delivery men were extremely polite, friendly and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are a credit to the Company.

Great delivery by Ian and Anthony and paid to have the bed assembled. Really professional and took less than half hour.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Stow-on-the-Wold store. After making a three-hour round trip intending to spend over £1,000, I encountered poor communication and unprofessional behaviour from staff. I was given conflicting information about delivery, made to feel questioned and embarrassed, and left to chase down the manager myself. The situation was handled dismissively, and a patronising comment as I left only made things worse. Due to the service, I left without making a purchase. Overall, a frustrating and upsetting experience that has negatively affected my view of the company which continued when trying to resolve due to complete incompetence. Neptune it is!

I went to the Cotswold company shop in Stow on the Wold where the sofas are all set out and all the cover materials are there to pick up and place over a sofa to see effects, swatches are available to take home. The sofa I bought is comfortable and the colour I chose fits in well. Two guys delivered the sofa, unwrapped it, put the legs on and took the packaging away. All good. I only took a star away due to being told various delivery dates which didn’t materialise.

Great products and professional fittings great delivery communication,great customer seevice but unfortunately had 2 very expensive items delivered and both of them faulty/damaged due to bad handling in warehouses or at depo delivery and unfortunately send back both items to be replaced.
Would buy again but the worry and question always will be there how will be the item when delivered and unpacked….

Charlie and Kyle J, the delivery guys were very helpful. They arrived exactly when they said, planned their route through the house before hand and very efficiently delivered the heaviest of furniture. They went through the order with me and checked it over to make sure I was totally satisfied. Thank you both.
