Had a great delivery turnaround this morning with Bernard and Mendez who delivered and unpacked our furniture order of eight boxes and took away the packaging.
Very pleasant and courteous, nothing was too much trouble.

The manager Paul in the Leamington branch was really knowledgeable and gave great advice, whilst I was making decisions about the type of furniture I was buying with sizes and different dimensions and designs.
The delivery team Andy Burke and Ryan Hutchinson were exceptional , they were friendly and professional and took great care whilst assembling my furniture and were so mindful that I had new carpets and removed their shoes , they were both so respectful of my home. A big thank you to the team at Cotswold leamington, I am thrilled with my furniture.

I went into the showroom today at Leamington Spa with the intention of making a final choice on which piece of furniture to purchase. I found that the male employee I approached in the shop to be rude, patronising and dismissive. Luckily I know other showrooms in different towns who are very polite and extremely helpful and have guided me to my past purchases. Not impressed.

I’d like to thank Sadiki and Aro, the delivery team who delivered our dresser. There was a hiccup regarding the unpacking and assembly service, but they took the time to get it all sorted out for us, then went on to do a great job. They were very pleasant, tidy and attentive.

Jemaine and Doug were excellent today, even though they had to divert to a different address to complete our delivery. Really good service.

Absolutely amazing !!! Spoke to a lovely man via mic cam .. made me feel so reassured as I am rubbish at ordering on the internet being oap !!! lol .. sorted it all out with lovely kindness x

The service in the Leamington store was very friendly and helpful. We ordered two oak style bedside cabinets, which were very reasonably priced. Advised that the lead time was up to 5 weeks, but goods were delivered in just 2 weeks.
Very happy with the quality and condition of the units, and the delivery (via APC, again the driver was very polite and helpful), was prompt within the allotted timeframe, with excellent communication throughout.
Would definitely recommend.

We are extremely disappointed with Cotswold Company. We bought a dinner table expecting quality and durability, but instead we got a product that has not held up to normal household use. When we reported the damage, they sent out a restoration team, only to come back with a report blaming us for “moisture damage” and “improper care.”

This is completely unacceptable. We take very good care of our furniture — and for a company that claims to sell “quality” products, hiding behind excuses and refusing to take responsibility shows exactly the opposite. Instead of standing by their product, they brushed us off and told us to read their “care guides.”

A company that sells expensive furniture should have much higher standards for both their products and their customer service. Unfortunately, Cotswold Company has failed on both counts. Poor quality, poor service, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from them.

I called in to buy a rug, the lady who served me said she would get the samples.. she checked the stock and ordered it for me.
She said she would waiver the delivery charge as I couldn’t collect it from the store so we was very happy with the service received.
