I originally ordered a size large, but it ran smaller than expected, so I left a review to help others with sizing. The company reached out right away and offered to send a replacement, which I really appreciated.
I received the new shirt and it fits perfectly! Great customer service and they truly stand behind their products. I’d recommend them—just consider sizing up if you’re between sizes.

My experience with this company is definitely 5 stars. I love the sayings and pictures on these shirts, but be aware that their sizing runs large, so order the smallest size you think would fit. I had ordered the wrong size at first and missed the return timing window due to being hospitalized, but the company kindly sent me replacement shirts in the smaller size. I'm very happy with the t-shirts and sweatshirt, now. Cosycustume is definitely a company that cares about their customers.

I paid with Apple Pay and the address associated with my account was super old. The shirt ended up being no delivered there but after contacting the company, they corrected the issue and sent me another shirt. Ge sa quality, excellent printing. Highly recommend

Cheap quality items and they will not accept returns unless you pay to ship it to China. Never will I order from them again.

Would not allow an exchange, even though I offered to pay for the shipping to return. The shirt also feels like a fake comfort colors.

I absolutely love my Christmas tree sweatshirt! The tree is actually the word Jesus! It’s so clever, and there’s even a cross for the trunk. It looks festive, but the emphasis is on Jesus.
The sweatshirt is a lovely shade of red, the design is in white so it really stands out, and it’s very well made. I’ve really enjoyed wearing it. My friend loved it, and wanted to know where I’d got it from

I placed an order and checked reviews after. I was really spooked and tried to cancel my order with a snotty email to the company asking for a cancellation of order and a refund. My order was shipped before the email was picked up. I had a kind reply to my snotty email and now I’m embarrassed. The tops arrived today, they seem a very good quality and I could not be happier. Just as depicted on the website. I have an apology to make to the company. I will be ordering again.

I don’t see how the advertised Comfort Color shirts could be real. Very low quality. After drying, they look extremely wrinkled. After 2 washes, shirt is starting to pull apart at seams. The shipping takes a few weeks, probably from China, but I could not tell for sure. I do not recommend.

No tee shirt recieved. Tracking number not working.
