Woman that works at Costcutter by Bush Hill Park Station in London was unbelievable rude this morning.
I came to return a parcel, asked her for help with the label machine, and she ignored me even though I was the only customer in the shop. I had to leave without returning my parcel.

Attended the New Ollerton store in Nottinghamshire. Sadly the “mature” female cashier was too busy engaged in a private conversation with her colleague via their headsets. They were too busy talking about personal relationships. This was totally unprofessional. I felt I was being ignored. Won’t be going again. Zero customer service or engagement x

I've got a court summons today for £256 from DCBL Bailiffs because I refused to pay bogus parking charge. I confronted 'Mike' - Indian owner in the store today, he said that whenever anyone gets a naughty letter from I Park Services Ltd and goes back to see him, he emails I Park and they cancel the ticket? Said he'd sort mine out - FAILED. Anyone believe him? I'm going to Court and will win.. will update ASAP.
Twist - I'm now suing Costcutter for not making arrangements for disabled parking, gonna cost Mike ££££Thousands lol :)

Alcester Costcutter!! SCAM!!! £60 FINE
Alcester Costcutter!!! ⚠️ DO NOT PARK OUTSIDE THIS SHOP! You have been warned. £60 Fine. Costcutter uses a company called iparkservces that, once a fine is issued, will not retract it. They have no intention to help other than take your money. I parked in a marked parking space outside, intending to visit Greggs and then Costcutter. However, I only had cash, and after my Greggs purchase, I didn't have enough change for Costcutter. I thought nothing of it at the time. A week later, a £60 parking fine arrived for not using Costcutter. I always wondered why these shops are emptier than others nearby, and now I know.

My Son & his friend went into this shop today and the small Indian lady/ owner of the store was disgustingly rude to both boys who were doing nothing wrong & are well behaved, well mannered children. She said they had three minutes to shop on the store. Then after a minute told them to put their drinks in a trolley and leave, because my Son was in shock & comprehending what she was telling them to do, she proceeded to shout at him “ do you speak English!!! “ Which quite frankly I find raciest. I appreciate it’s half term but as a shopkeeper know who are bad children & who are decent good ones. Not acceptable to be darn right nasty to people who spend good money in her premises!! .

The pricing of goods is very unclear / non existant on many items probably 70% of the time.
At the cash till items are scanned on one cash till but you can’t see the prices because the cash till display has been broken for years - ILLEGAL.
The Prices (that only the shop keeper can see) on the first till are then entered MANUALLY into another till and the customer is then told the price and the customer then pays via this 2nd Till. The customer has no idea what the pricing and the total should be.
WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL.
I would guess that the uplift from till One to Till 2 ranges from 20-50% on everything.
THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WHO VIST THAT SHOP.
IF AN INSPECTOR WAS SENT TO THE SHOP THEY WOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND FINED.
Thieves
Thieves. Every time we go in there it seems they add sneaky small amounts like 25p or 35p to the total amount. They think people are too stupid to notice what they’re doing. My total should have been £5 today when we went outside and added it up but I was charged £5.35. In a cost of living crisis too, horrible people running this shop. It should be shut down.
Damaged and Chopped Hair
My hairstylist kept me giving me a different haircut instead of cutting my hair right. I think she wanted to cut the ends only and not do the undercut like she usually did before. And also, she did not wet down the back of the hair to the ends or blow dry and style it like she did before. She needs to stop doing what she wants and keep on doing what the customer wants. (me). Also, she did damage to my hair by using the texturizing tool to make the ends go under (which that is not what that tool does after looking this up). She also chopped off most of my length of my hair and my hair is not as thick as it usually is and is thinner than before. Frizzy, fuzzy and not as thick. Also, why would any hairstylist want to purposely damage hair when she knows what this tool is supposed to be used for? It is not for fine hair at all or to make the ends of hair go under. It makes fine hair get thinner. So it is for people who have average or thicker hair who want more volume in their hair. That's what it was meant to do for hair. As of today, I am scared to let anyone look at my hair or even try to do a haircut. And I feel really sad and cry every time I look at my hair. This is what this experience has done to me. I recommend to stay away from Cost Cutters if you want good haircuts and don't want your hair to possibly get damaged.
Allison bad for business
I went have my hair cut by Becky and Allison informed me that Becky was out because of hand surgery. I had used the app. to make an appointment, and she informed me that she doesn't use the app. She said if I wanted to wait that she would do my hair next since it was a simple layer. I had asked for my hair to be washed and styled after. Neither was done, she dries cut it and left a huge notch on my left side of my head. I am not happy; I was very upset at her attitude as well. She bad mothed Becky who is out having hand surgery. Said she didn't think she was coming back and then was handing out cards with her new business name and number on it. She was more worried about Becky not being there and the other girls that had been hired and then left after 1 or 2 days. The entire time I was thinking please just shut up so you can concentrate on my hair. As I watched her cut the lady before Me's hair and thought I hope she does a better job with mine. I was wrong. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND SHE TOOK A CHUNK OUT OF MY HAIR. Bad businessperson and she needs to be gone!!!!!!
I will never have her touch my hair again, someone needs to take her cosmetology license away from her before she hurts someone sever.
I will return when Becky is back and have her fix what Allison messed up. Hoping it will grow back by then.

She always does a great job making sure I m happy before I leave.

As a candidate, I invested significant time and effort in preparing for each stage of the interview process , including thorough research on cost cutters and thoughtful responses to interview questions. I was genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to your team and was eagerly awaiting feedback following my final interview. However, despite assurances of prompt communication regarding the hiring decision by hiring supervisor, LUCY I have not received any updates or feedback since the last interview. This lack of communication has left me feeling uncertain and undervalued as a candidate.
