Once the booking was made and the charter fee paid there was poor communication with me as the charter contact person. The requests for information via the online chat were not answered and I had to contact the boat operator directly , luckily I was able to find the contact details to arrange the necessary items. Cosmos Yachting added no value to the exprerince other than sourcing a boat.

Dear Paul,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you felt unsupported before your charter.
We would like to clarify that we were in regular contact with you regarding the booking procedure, crew list and charter preparations. As part of our service, we also provided you with the yacht operator’s contact details, as well as our office phone number and email.
Some arrangements, including provisions, were made directly between you and the yacht operator without our involvement or knowledge. Your Wi-Fi request was then sent through our anonymous website chat on Friday, one day before embarkation. As chat users are not registered, once the page is closed we cannot identify the sender unless contact or booking details are provided.
We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and will use it to further improve our communication process.

All Good, No Costs Made So Deposite In 100 % Return. Wij komen terug bij Cosmos Yachting.

We chartered again this year with Cosmos
We chartered again this year, as we have since 2021, with Cosmos yachting as their service and professionalism are excellent. We took 4 yachts for 4 families out of Sukosan Croatia for a one week charter. The service given from initial booking with Frank, ongoing contact with Julia in the office and then the most efficient check in we have had was seamless through out. The quality of the boats was fantastic and when one small issue arose on the charter there was an engineer at the boat within two hours. We will use Cosmos yachting again next year. Dear Norberto,
Thank you for the kind words and for coming back to us time and time again.
We don’t believe in surprises either — the good kind or the bad — and that’s exactly why everyone on our team spends the time to truly know the charter companies, the boats, and the people behind them. It’s the only way to do this properly.
We appreciate your trust and look forward to planning your next charter when the time comes.

Cosmos yachting found us a great boat at Lefkas
Cosmos yachting found us a great boat at a good deal. A well organised charter and always available to solve any queries.
Stefi, (the base manager and boat owner) was excellent - always contactable , helpful local knowledge, allowing us to return the boat to Sivota rather than Lefkas which effectively extend our charter. She was absolutely amazing getting us to the airport through unexpected traffic chaos, without her we would have missed our return flight.
One very minor suggestion- Stefi would have allowed us to take over the boat at Sivota or Nidri and it would have been nice if Cosmos had explained the benefits of this to us so we could have considered this option.
A great holiday- thank you.

Dear Annie,
Thank you so much for your detailed and kind feedback! We're delighted to hear that you had a great holiday and that the charter was well organised from start to finish. It's always our goal to match our clients with the right boat at the best possible value, so we're glad to know it worked out perfectly.
A special thanks for recognising Stefi’s exceptional support—she truly goes above and beyond, and we’ll make sure to pass along your kind words to her. We’re especially glad she was able to get you to the airport on time despite the unexpected traffic issues!
Your suggestion regarding the alternative embarkation points (Sivota or Nidri) is well noted. You're absolutely right—this flexibility could have enhanced your experience even further, and we’ll make sure to highlight such options more clearly in the future.
Thank you once again for choosing Cosmos Yachting. We look forward to helping you plan your next sailing adventure!
Warm regards,
