Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. Promised numerous call backs via WhatsApp after being told finance was in place. 5 separate occasions I've chased a d heard nothing at all. Assume they couldn't get finance, but the very least they could do would be have the courtesy to let me know.

Hi Jon, and thank you for your feedback. We have tried calling, but there was no answer. The finance company should usually get in touch to inform you of any updates on your finance application - and this doesn't seem to have happened. We will liaise with them to find out what has occurred. We're very sorry to hear this, and will resolve to ensure this does not happen again in future.

We were very happy with the friendly relaxed team. There was No hard sale, just helpful polite staff.

Staff were friendly and very helpful
I found the staff very helpful, this is my second car I've from them now, I had my old car for 8 years and had trouble free years, so hopefully my new one will be the same.
One thing I will say I was a little concerned about getting my new car in the garage and I expressed this to them so it was agreed I could take the car home and try it out.

Great Service - Corner Park Garage
Great service from start to finish. Huge range of cars, knowledgeable staff & good value for money. No hard sale which is very reassuring but on hand for any questions. Very pleased with my purchase thus far.

Do not trust the sales team
I purchased a vehicle from Corner park Llantrisant in March 2024 and part exchanged the car I owned at the time. I handed over the V5 logbook and asked if I needed to complete any paperwork or do anything else and the sales person told me that I didn’t and that he would “take care of everything”.
In October I then received a letter from the DVLA to inform me that the car I part exchanged to Corner Park was uninsured and that I had to pay a £100 fine. I called Corner Park and spoke with Kim who sent me the receipt of the part exchange and told me that if I send this to the DVLA I “should be ok”. I took his advice and sent the receipt to the DVLA as well as a covering letter to explain the situation.
I have now received a reply from the DVLA stating that because the garage didn’t complete the paperwork that I was responsible for paying the fine. I understand now that I shouldn’t have trusted the sales person and stayed until he completed the paperwork but at the time I thought that I could trust that they would complete everything that was required.
I called Corner Park and spoke with someone to explain that I still had to pay the fine because they hadn’t completed the paperwork that they ENSURED me they would. He interrupted me and said to “email us”. He then hung up on me.
I have emailed Corner park multiple times at 2 email addresses I have (one generic are and Kim’s email address). My emails are now going ignored, even though I stated in the email that I would at least appreciate a reply.
If you decide to purchase a vehicle from these then do not take their word that they will complete all paperwork and stay until it is done. I feel let down and ignored which I find extremely unprofessional.

Unfortunatley we cannot control what outcomes the DVLA impose on individual cases, and the responsibility always will lie on the owner to inform the DVLA of any changes, the only time we cannot do this for a customer is if the V5 given to us was not the most current one issued.

Good quality low mileage cars, at Swansea
The cars that we viewed at Swansea were low mileage, although it is not always an indication of condition, we were very pleased with the choice we made, and the value of the car. Nothing was too much trouble, although replies to email are slow.

Craig & co
I dealt with Craig all through my purchase of my Nissan leaf, he was amazing! Delivered my car on the day and time I requested around my working times. The delivery driver was very helpful with information on my electric car as it was the first time seeing it due to distance being unable to visit the garage.
From start to finish dealing with this garage was a pleasure which is hard to say about garages!
