Probably the best experience of buying a car, the staff were so helpful, Kim even helped tax my new car and also help with filling out for my new log book. They were so understanding when my finance company didn’t tell me about the admin fees, they helped so much and also took my old car off my hands as I had to drive 3 hours to collect it and couldn’t drive my old car back. I highly recommend CornerPark garage for anyone who wants a a great car, they also put on 12 months mot for me and a valet just before I picked up my new car. Nothing but 5 star review 🙂

Bought the car 6 months ago with a lifetime guarantee,the air conditioning wasn't working,car went in to have it fixed,only lasted one month,phone up said they would get back me they didn't time and time again ihave spoken to someone one the website said they would get back to me they haven't,very poor customer service,won't recommend them, the air conditioning has never worked in the first place and tell me,when your fixed it it only last a month

They sorted out a battery issue for me on the morning and the guy that I dealt with was super apologetic that it had happened.
The sales man I initially saw was great.
Was not pushy but was there to answer questions. It was great.

So far an easy experience with buying a car from cornerpark. No pushy salesmen and was able to test drive the car alone. Neil was friendly and easy to communicate with when purchasing the car. So far the car is as good as they said! 🤞

i sent two emails and had no response

so the product i went to purchase was whats called a clearance, or part exchange. it's a bit of a strange one, when it comes to car dealer ships. because there is no warranty, the onus to purchase is really on the customer. there were issues with the car and when i got home, after a very long drive, i found more issues, but this is how it works, if you are not buying from there main, warrantied stock. i still like the car i bought and the car dealer was kind enough to pick me up from the train station, as the dealership was a few miles out of town.
this particular dealership was massive. they obviously turn over lots of cars. would i buy from them again. yes i would. but i hope that i could afford a car from their warrantied stock. it is right and proper to expect that part exchange, or clearance cars, won't have the same kind of preparation standards. but, if i was running the dealership, i wouldn't care and still present any car i sold as proper stock. so, the car passed the mot, but the brakes were really rusty all around. i need to change them all. i would have done this and perhaps charged a little more. but that's just me. overall. a happy customer
