The product I received was not what I ordered. I attempted to return the product following their policy seeking the return material authorization. They haggled instead by offering credit percentages. I cited the steps to secure a Return Material Authorization in their Return Policy, but they failed to follow them, ignoring me with words showing their lack of honesty.
A scam company for sure. I ordered a dress and they sent me something totally opposite. The dress was $61.
I told them about the mistake and they wanted ME to pay to return. Argued back forth they said they would give e 55% of my money and I could keep the dress, I told them the dress was so cheap I wouldn't wear it cleaning house. My CC gave me the return. DO NOT ORDER A SCAM COMPANY
Company is a complete rip off I ordered an adorable western style dress and got a junkie polyester dress from Temu that looked absolutely nothing like the dress I had ordered and when I reached out to them, they offered me 15% back and to keep the dress I paid $67 for the dress and the dress they sent me isn’t even close to the dress I received. It’s a complete bait and switch.

I paid for a vest that looked absolutely beautiful. What I received, however, was a completely different piece of clothing and nothing like the item I ordered. They also refused to refund my money.
Do not fall for this company. Their photos look amazing and the prices seem quite reasonable, but they send a different product than the one you actually paid for.
