Bait and switch. was quoted price of $110 reconditioned , but while paying, was told that they will have to charge $250 for a rebuilt unit and will only provide 5-day warranty on reconditioned unit. I did not order.

I ordered a refurbished printer on copyfax.com and received an email that said the order was being held and would not be shipped until I called to confirm. They said this was to avoid fraud. I'm here to say that they are the FRAUD. They then told me that they didn't have the printer I ordered (even though the site made it seem very much like they had it in stock) and then proceeded to try to sell me another printer for over $100 more. This place is a scam. I do not recommend.

Ordered a printer from this place, weeks went by, didn't send. I called and was told they found a problem with the printer and had to fix it. I asked why did they not check the printer out before they put it on the market. I waited and still no tracking number and canceled. Michael the owner said he would expedite the refund. two weeks later. No refund. Opened a Fraud complaint with the National Consumers League. WATCH OUT WITH THIS COMPANY

I highly recommend this company. I cannot say enough good things about them. From sales to support, Copyfaxes goes above and beyond. They get you the right equipment, for the right jobs, done right.

Bait and switch operation as others have mentioned. Supposedly didn't have the refurbished printer I ordered, tried to sell me a reconditioned one for $100 more, told me no one else in the country can get the printer, yada, yada, yada. Total lack of ethics with this company.

These guys were great. Awesome customer service. I wasn't satisfied with the first referb'd printer...THEY SENT ANOTHER ONE ASAP! Good price and honesty, you can't get better than that.

I love this copy machine we’ve bought three over the last two years so we have one in each office they work wonderfully and never seem to break down I’m glad that we purchased them through this Company as they are very easy to work with and constantly available so nice that I have to sit on hold for a change

We purchased 2 HP CP2025DN Color LaserJet Printer RECONDITIONED. they arrived in excellent condition with plenty of packaging material to handle any freight company's rough handling. Upon power up, they worked flawlessly. I recommend CopyFax to anyone for their printer needs

These guys are very hands on when it comes to customer support. They had constant contact with me during the ordering process which also even enabled them to offer me a better deal than what I had bought online. Without them having been in phone contact with them about my online order I would have never known about other products which may have better suited my needs. Once the printer arrived I had questions about installing it and they helped me with that too. After printing a large number of pages I found that there may have been some problem with the ink cartridge they sold me and contacted them and they sent me a free replacement and asked that I returned the old one. These guys really know how to take care of their customers and they are in it to create long term relationships with their customers. They seem very much to be like the shop down the street and not a shop a 1000 miles away from me. These guys are great! I highly recommend them and I will go back to them for any future needs in office printing equipment.

CopyFaxes just made all the difference by smoothing over a glitch in shipping. We ordered an older but sturdy refurbished color laser printer, but they shipped a slightly different model by accident (both look the same actually, an easy mistake to make.) Rather than sending me through the hassle of re-packaging and shipping it back, they went ahead and without my asking, generously are letting us keep the first one AND shipping the other one to us as well. This is a good way to turn around a situation and develop a loyal customer, so i am impressed and appreciative. Our little nonprofit will put the gift to good use. Go team go!!

Had a great experience on the phone with these guys, wish the plotter I ordered was as great but in fact, we were promised starter inks, and two cartridges were empty. Less than one week later our T1100PS from HP came up with an error message to restart the printer, and call HP support. Mechanisms inside the machine are not attached properly and the plotter does not work at all. We discovered this last week and have called twice only to be told to wait for a call back from someone else. I also was talked into spending more money ($200.00) to have a factory rebuilt model instead of the refurbished model I selected online. I too did not receive any tracking info until days after the sale was made, shipping was extra, having the delivery guys carry in the huge plotter was extra, the machine did not ship that day as promised, and still waiting for a call back from someone who cares that we just spent $2200 on a machine that isnt working.

Ordered a multifunction printer from this site and thought I was saving about $25 bucks over everyone else. After I placed the order and they had billed my credit card, I received an email requesting that I contact them about the order. Upon doing so I was informed that the Canon I had ordered was not in stock, in fact they stated that no one in North America had the printer in stock. This was untrue and I requested a refund and successfully placed an order within an hour with another vendor. Long story short, they tried to sell me another, more expensive printer than what was advertised by them, and lied about stocks for other merchants in an attempt to keep me on their site. Most dishonest group I've run across in a long time, and will not recommend or use them for anything in the future. Buyer Beware.
