I bought 3 printers from them and they went above and beyond to help me. From troubleshooting to installation help. One of the best vendors I have bought from. They provide excellent customer service.

The printer I needed was on National back order. Copyfax probably got the first shipment from Canon and it was almost two weeks earlier then I was quoted. Great going Copyfax!

I run a school and I don't always have time to train employees on new equiptment, Copyfaxes was able to find me the same printer we were using, new printer happy employee...

Ordering is easy and the service is fantastic.

They get you in with the parts and then price gouge you. They sound really good over the phone but they dont care.

My 18-yr-old HP 1300 Laserjet "died" and this particular printer is no longer available new.
I googled the printer and found Copyfaxes. I called and spoke with Sy regarding my needs. He offered the HP 1300 Laserjet refurbished and I purchased it. This particular printer is fabulous--meets my needs and i only had to plug and go! Wonderful service and a great sales staff. I have their information should I need anything more.

Worst company I have ever dealt with ever.
I gave it a 1 star rating because I can't rate it negative 5!
These people advertise products for sale that they do not even have in stock as "In Stock" on their websites.
When you call them to inquire about the order you placed they tell you they don't have the product you want in stock... but are happy to sell you a more expensive printer and then charge you $38 shipping when it says Free Shipping on their websites. The guy told me he could "get it out today" on the phone, but when I called back the next day he informed me that it will be 7-10 days before they can ship. On top of this the manager responds with emails after you complain and then cancels your order.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS BOGUS COMPANY

I run a small business in a rural northwest area. I have purchased several printers and associated accessories through them over several years. They are outstanding in their response, service and the quality of the products they provide. You can rely on them to get you the equipment and supplies as quickly as the system can get them to you.

Sy was FANTASTIC to us. He helped us saved a lot of money and in return got us a better copier than we originally wanted.
They made the whole experience of working with them super easy, there was no pressure to purchase anything from them. I had originally went on their website and ordered a copier, Sy called us and asked us what we were using the copier for and what our actual needs were. He was then able to get us a better copier and a very nice discount, so we actually saved money and got a better copier. Great top of the line customer service.
