CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION CANNOT BE BEAT. BEST ONLINE PURCHASE I'VE MADE IN OVER 28 YEARS. I TRUST THIS COMPANY AS WELL AS THEIR OFF-SITE SERVICE VENDOR

I had ordered a reconditioned printer, but the warranty for a refurbished one. My mistake from the beginning. I was called within 24 hours and offered two choices. Sy was great and explained everything in detail and made a better choice in the end because of it. Fast and friendly service and will always consider Copyfaxes for our company's future purchases.

Tried to buy an HP printer (refurbished) for their advertised price of $499.99 They accepted our order and immediately charged us an extra $400, claiming the price had gone up. AFTER we received an order confirmation. This is just horribly bad business practice. Prices change, and prices are going up all over right now, but you can't change the price AFTER you've given your customer an order confirmation!!
