Cool 365 Ltd Recensioni

From the initial enquiry via a trade directory website, to liaising with the office to get the job booked in, to the tradesperson who carried out the work - every point of contact was professional, polite, efficient, thorough, and exemplary. As a Facilities Manager, I wish all companies were this fantastic!

Great engineer who done the instalation very professional no hassle of moving furniture specially the bed rooms no dust
The work is very neat and tidy no loose cables showing all covered
my brother had his house done last summer and I was impressed by instalation and no question asked very reliable company engineers very experienced

We were let down by another company who had only done half the job and done that badly. We are so glad that they took the job over and finished it on time and professionally. Cant thank you enough.

Very prompt and efficient delivery of works and reports! Always helping us out especially with quick turnarounds! Much appreciated as always!

We used Cool 365 as a 2nd opinion to another well known provider who told us that a major AC part failed and will cost us thousands in part and work costs. Cool 365 fixed it within 2 hours without need for new parts for a fraction of what the first provider quoted. Very fast, efficient and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Great engineers - smart friendly and helpful - quick and efficient and couldn’t have been better
Excellent customer service from Syd too

Great team, super professional and tidy finish, really pleased. Would recommend.

Syd was quick to help me book an appointment to have my all-in-one AC fitted.

Samir arrived and did a brilliant job. The AC was fitted in the loft room, requiring two large holes to be drilled on an exterior wall. The room was sectioned to avoid the spread of dust. The place was left clean and tidy.

I recommend Cool 365 to anyone looking to fit an AC unit. Friendly and professional.

Syd & team were great, really helpful throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone looking to cool down their property, it's been a godsend in this heat. Thanks, Joe & Lauren

Great service from start to finish, syd and Shane both very helpful and nothing was to much to ask in giving me exactly what I wanted. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Syd and his team are thorough, reliable and provide a great service. Highly recommended!

Friendly, proactive and communicative. Very nice to have around. Thanks for your time.

Cool 365 engineers were very helpful and professional. They took their time and made sure we were happy with the work before they left.

Great experience from start to finish for commercial air con installation. Very professional outfit, special mention to Shane who was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend!

It was a unusual pleasure to work with a company that delivers on their promise. Syd is very hands on, reliable and ensure the team understands the clients needs, including the importance of meeting deadlines. Highly recommended!

3 technicians and Syd was the only one to get the system going again. Fast, honest, diligent. Cool 365 are the only ones for the job from now on. Highly recommend.

Very good reliable fast service. Kept us up to date about delivery of parts for fitting. Consulted with us regarding any changes to where the unit would be placed. Helped us mend a plumbing problem from a previous fitter. Cleaned all areas when finished and took any waste with them.

I have a Restaurant in Hampstead, during the recent heatwave one of Air Conditioners failed. I called Cool 365 (who came highly recommended from my neighbour)
Syd came out quickly to save us, correctly diagnosed the issue immediately and repaired the unit in one visit.
