From the start, Jan’s communication was timely, practical and on the same level as us. Jan has the best sense of humour which through past experiences we have not had with solicitors. Jan was a joy to deal with. We had complications and had to complete and do a remortgage 6 months later. We could have chosen the lenders panels solicitors but as Jan was so good and knew us, our situation and we knew how fun she was to work with, we paid to have her do our remortgage and other legal work. We specifically asked for her and we were lucky enough to be assigned her. Again a flawless and stressless process.
