I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish, the service I received was excellent, and everyone was extremely helpful and professional. A special mention has to go to Tom McLaren, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Tom was always there to help with emails and phone calls, answer any questions I had, and made sure I understood everything along the way. He was also a massive help with getting all the necessary documents sorted and making sure everything was completed correctly. Tom was friendly, approachable and quick to respond, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping and making sure everything went smoothly. I’m really grateful for all the help and support I received and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, helpful and reliable service. Terrible. Do not use. It's been 6 months and still not got my flat. I keep finding mistakes in my solicitors emails like he's not even paying attention. I had to explain to him that lease holders don't need building insurance. Based on my experience I can only assume they are a bunch of amateurs. Avoid at all cost!
