The story of how we began is a simple one. We were looking for a lease car ourselves, so we started visiting a few of the local dealers in our area. It didn’t go so well. Each one we visited was so intent on selling the cars in their range, that they didn’t even ask what we really needed, let alone take any notice of it. They just tried to sell us all the bells and whistles, for the most money, and honestly, it turned us right off. No-one wants to be pushed into getting things they don’t need and we were no different. So rather than just moaning about the experience, we decided to do something about it. Instead of comparing just one of two dealers, we decided we could compare them all to give you the best selection possible to choose from. We know exactly what our customers want and need and we deliver every time. It’s this understanding that has made us the successful business we are today, because we put you first. Firstly I would like to mention Matt Roberts who was excellent and helped me select the perfect car in the first attempt of our call.
The second Admin process was handled by Faye Hunn who was absolutely meticulous in her dealings with me and helped me with my queries promptly and efficiently. She deserves more than 5 stars handling this case and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this company as long as Faye is working with Contractcars.
Faye is a valuable asset for this company and I would personally refer anyone to her looking for a new car.
Faye's response to any sent email was immediate and complete.

Contract Cars made the leasing process incredibly straightforward from start to finish - clear communication, no unnecessary complications, and everything handled efficiently.
A special mention to Faye Hunn, who was particularly helpful throughout. Faye was professional, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with, making what can often feel like a complex process feel seamless.

I have used them twice now and on both occasions they have been very good to deal with, always available on the telephone and if contacting by email, they always either pick up the phone or reply back in a timely manner.
People that stand out are Ursula, Andy and James, along with Olly who have all been very helpful when ordering my vehicle.

James came highly recommended and certainly lived up to it. The service was prompt and well communicated. The car is excellent and i'm happy with the cost.

I placed the order with Contract Cars on Monday morning, paperwork completed Tues and X7 was on my drive Fri evening.
Not only was the service seamless, the deal was out of this world for this £110k motor with all the bells and whistles.
Shout out to Taroq & Ursula Fox for making this happen.
