I have been looking for an affordable Zoot suit for a while. The big name that comes up is pretty pricey. I came across Contempo Suits and with the mixed reviews I was a little leery but I took a chance. I received a suit that well meets my expectations. The pants ruin about a size short in the waist but itg worked out with the match of the jacket size. No complaints here. Shipping and receipt was even decent through UPS. I'll probably buy from them again next time I need a suit.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY. I ORDERD A SUIT AND THE SUIT THEY SENT WAS TOO SMALL. THEN I EXCHANGED IT FOR A LARGER SIZE, BUT THE SUIT THEY SENT WAS JUST AND SMALL. AND CONVENIENTLY THIER COMPANY POLICY IS TO NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF YOU HAVE EXCHANGED SOMETHING. IF YOU HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY, DO WHAT I DID AND CONTACT THE BBB. CROOKS!!! “WE’LL SEND HIM THE WRONG SIZE AND KEEP HIS MONEY. KARMA IS COMING FOR YOU!

IN MY EXPERIENCE CONTEMPO SUITS PROVIDED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND PROVIDED POOR SERVICE!! I emailed customer service to make a exchange for a HAT. I requested a return label and RMA per their policy. I did not get a response for days. I Emailed again only to get a response "WE dont do labels" I emailed again to make the exchange, only to get a response "If you want to make a exchange we can send you instructions" No instructions or rma were given. This could of been provided in the email response from Contempo suits. I requested again for instructions. No response. Frustrated, I requested to return for refund. Again a response stating "If you want a refund we can send instructions". Yet again no instructions , return address or RMA number were sent with the email. Again I requested. The next response was "We are closed on weekends which was why you didn't get instructions. " "Look at our hours" This was a week of emails. A simple label or return address is all I asked. So much Wasted time with this company and no results. RUDE REPLYS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
