Always use Consumer Gas for my Annual Boiler and Heating system service. Efficient, friendly and excellent value for money! We returned from holiday recently and the heating wouldn't come on, a phone call to Consumer Gas, some suggestions and hey presto we're up and working! Can't recommend them highly enough! 5 * service! 😀

Used Consumer Gas for the last three years for Installations (2) in my rental houses, all servicing on 3 other family properties and any callout repairs that have been required. Louise at the end of the phone is polite, efficient and when asked about a problem gets back to you as she promised. The staff are all friendly and appointments kept on time the charges are very reasonable and value for money,

By far the best customer service I have received for a long time. The girls in the office are efficient and very polite and arranged Russ to come out ASAP. Russ was brilliant at assessing the fault and dealing with it, didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need, unlike other major companies. He was honest with me about the condition of my boiler and all the available options I will be using consumer gas when it comes to changing it. he even tidied up after himself. Top class company.

We have had Consumer gas now for six years . Our boiler is serviced every year without fail ,they contact you in advance and always make the appointment to suit you .

We can't rate Consumer Gas highly enough. Their work is clean and tidy, they arrive when they say they will and nothing is too much trouble. They looked after our very old boiler for years and when we had a brand new one installed last year the work was of a very high standard, and carried out quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

When asked for the name of a good plumbing /central heating firm I always recommend Consumer Gas. Martin first visited our home when we moved to Newport over 20 years ago and from the start he offered a professional quality service..friendly and helpful .

They are reliable and completely trustworthy with a reputation for quality work always...definitely recommend.

I've had several problems since I moved in 4 years ago and apart from the usual niggles of having to speak to robots the service itself has been excellent. No company is 100% perfect but wish they'd put a proper manned phone system in. When I had an ongoing problem I could never speak to my overseer as he did not have an incoming telephone number or email address which is ridiculous. I had to send an email to the mainframe and wait while it got filtered through and then the guy would phone me, very frustrating. The Gas company can definitely afford to put a proper system in so how about it?

Highly professional, skilled engineers with excellent, responsive office support. We have used Consumer Gas for many years and have never been disappointed. We have had several boiler services, 2 boilers fitted & plumbing repairs. Both Chris and Russell are extremely helpful, pleasant and good at what they do.

I had Chris from Consumer Gas install my Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler several years ago. This was done to an excellent standard, this was confirmed by a Worcester Bosch engineer during a post installation visit... I would highly recommend Consumer Gas for a friendly, professional team for any of your boiler issues 10/10.....

Very happy with the service. The engineer is very polite & helpful, even calling Worcester Bosch for us to arrange for a replacement part on the warranty.

Rung Consumer gas with a problem with my boiler they were very busy but got me seen too as quickly and as effieciently as they could. Got my boiler working again engineer was friendly very helpful wouldn't hesitate in recommending Consumer gas. I am even considering taking out one of their plans.
