A first class experience from quoting to packing and collecting and delivery, and finally to a few days later picking up boxes and packaging.
We were very happy with all aspects of this company including a very reasonable cost.
The friendly helpful staff did an excellent job and we can thoroughly recommend.

The team sent to up load the household goods worked quickly & efficiently to safely pack the items aboard the truck. Everything was completed within a short time frame. We were informed that safe delivery to Mangakino was completed a few days later. We and the recipients were very pleased with the transaction.

The service I received from Conroy Removals was excellent. The price they quoted was very competitive and reasonable. Every person I dealt with from the beginning of the process to the delivery of my belongings was great. I was kept up to date at every stage. I would definitely recommend them.

Conroy we’re very helpful with any communication I had with them, they were always patient and tried to help me work through any questions I had regarding the move and customs requirements. The only thing that annoyed me me was the estimated time for shipping was out by more than four weeks, and the delivery time was only notified on the morning it was delivered. Thankfully everything was intact and in good shape. I would use Conroy again

I have used conroys before and they were great so went with them again. A number of errors this time, which seemed to have stemmed from a lack of communication within the business.
- Quote given after visit was over 3x the initial estimate, we were advised this was a calculation error (and were given a small amount off the final quote because of it)
- When picking up our goods, team were upset that there was no lift (42 stairs) even though this was communicated right at the beginning (a the guy came over to do the assessment.)
- On the day goods were due for delivery, guy rang us to arrange delivery for the next day. Again, a lack of communication even though this was clear on the confirmation.
- one of the delivery guys used our bathroom and peed all over the seat and just left it for us to clean up

Moving (especially between cities) is already a stressful job and could have been made easier here with better communication by the Conroy Team and a more respectful crew

Good pricing an rang the day before , some phone tag but go there in the end

Chris and Johny were really professional but also knew how to interact with us, tireless workers with a laugh along the way

The Perth staff were excellent from sales dep to packing & loading 10 for me,Auckland dep the same updates on point unloading /unpacking excellent totally recommend conroy for your next removal cheers conroy you rock.

Using Conroy Removals was great from my first contact, using the online quote request, to final delivery.

Since we approached Conroy early 2024, we have had great communication and service. Their quote was very competitive with many other companies.
We were moving from New Zealand to the UK so a big move . Simon was excellent in responding to our needs of packing boxes, wrapping paper etc so that we could pack several months in advance. He also arranged times to suit ,to collect boxes and put into storage. All furniture large and small was wrapped and protected by Conroy staff. All timings were done to allow us to live 'normal' lives until the final day of moving.
Eight months later , we contacted Conroy to say we were ready for delivery of our goods. It was all delivered by a UK company who were also very efficient and great with communicating.
They unpacked large furniture in place and removed packaging. All contents boxes and furniture were present and in excellent condition.
Very happy with service from start to finish and would recommend Conroy as a removal company.

Moving from bigger house on my own was overall a bit stressful but the actual removal day went without a hitch and the team were really helpful and careful. The weather was appalling with strong winds and squalls of rain but they managed to keep things dry and in one piece. Communication was good from the earlier visit and quote to moving and checking where things were to go in the new house.

Great comms and a friendly, hard-working packing and moving crew who were careful with our furniture. They cranked out a massive workload!

Overall experience was great. Everything was on time and very efficient. Very friendly team as well.

Everything Conroy said they would do, they did and in a super timely manner. Great communication, a lovely team in the office. picking up and delivering. All my furniture, cartons etc handled with great care. Great price point too. Would happily recommend. Thank you

The whole process went smoothly from Grant coming out to quote our job, Leanne kept us informed of the process and answered all questions we had - A few days before we had confirmation as to what time the movers would be on site - On moving day Matia,Sam and Jacob arrived on time they were very professional and went above and beyond in moving our belongings- I can’t recommend Conroys highly enough

Overall great. A couple of things could be improved in our view.
More communication especially when a shipment is slow.
After arriving in Auckland and on forwarding to Christchurch 8Oct our shipment was delivered 29th October. There were no holdups our shipment cleared enroute. Delivery was very slow to Oamaru.
