Confetti never delivered. No response from emails/calls to customer service. Had to buy confetti last minute from Amazon. Had to reclaim money through credit card company. Terrible experience.

Great experience - I accidentally ordered 2 cake toppers instead of 1, but someone from confetti phoned and checked this, which was really appreciated. My cake topper was received when expected - great.

Good quality products. Misleading pricing
Good quality products. Arrived earlier than expected also. Only thing I would say is that I think items advertised as personalised should include the cost of personalisation on the product page rather than as an extra charge as it's misleading.

I was very pleased with my experience with Confetti and would definitely order from them again. I was particularly impressed by the live chat functionality and responsiveness to email. It was very easy to sort out the details. The products were high quality, reasonably priced and arrived on time. Thanks, Confetti, for making my brother's wedding a bit more special!

Set of candlesticks were of poor quality and damaged. Although refund given contacting the supplier was not straightforward so I would not recommend.

Personalised rabbits
We ordered the personalised rabbits for our daughters for our wedding day as a bridesmaid gift and they absolutely adore them! Very impressed with the quality and and would definitely recommend they are gorgeous service was excellent too.
