My last two deliveries were great, I received so much that I am going to stay with Conduit Health for a very long time. I am very happy with the products that they sent out to me that I am going to place another order for them.

Always a smoothe transaction

Conduit health confirmed to me multiple times that a call on 02/2026 with their nurse practitioner to determine my child's size for medical supplies was covered by my insurance. They told me that it was not considered an office visit and that it was just to help me determine his size. On 06/2026 I recieved a bill for $250. I have since called and emailed multiple times for 2 full months to just recieve the run around. No one can speak to me about the bill and despite being promised call backs by management, I have never recieved one. Employees outright refuse to identify themselves beyond their name and deny having employee numbers, despite me having been provided them in the past (before this issue) and to date I still have not been able to recieve any answers about this bill. I have spoken to "phillip", "candy" "george" "marz" "candice" "sammy" and many other employees. I finally became fed up after waiting months and recieving no response. I called and asked for compliance and was refused multiple times until I called in and asked for compliance by name. My issue is yet to be resolved but i'm now in touch with "drew". Should this issue be resolved i will update.

I love the service. But I asked for some things that I did not get. I feel if you are asking for things as a parent to make your life easier with a special needs child such as a “Wheel chair”. We should get it. Not be denied. My child is epileptic, non verbal & autistic & a wheelchair chair would allow me to have some normalcy when I need to go somewhere and she doesnt want to walk. She shouldn’t have to be disabled, paralyzed…etc. These kids require special accommodation and it should be given.

They have shipped items without confirming with me first, and I don’t even know what I’m receiving. No one called me to confirm what I actually needed after getting approval from insurance.

I specifically needed briefs, not pull-ups, yet I see that 160 count of pull-ups is arriving. I also didn’t receive any notification about the shipment at all. The items were sent automatically without any confirmation or communication

I have been working with Conduit for a few years now. The portal is one of the biggest draws. I really like the new feature of being able to set my appointment day and time at the end of placing my clients orders. The support staff are great and always helpful on the phone as well. Orders ship fast and arrive in a timely fashion.

On site clinicians are great with completing orders and providing medical transportation forms quicker than medical offices.

It has been a great experience, process is friendly, placing an order is easy, the communication with the team has been great.

The staff are responsible, professional, and highly responsive to questions and requests. Communication is timely, and issues are handled efficiently. There have been a few minor issues with the website, but they did not significantly affect the overall experience. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend this medical supplier.
