The blinds are excellent. I’ve purchased 3 and fitted 2 so far with no issues. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of the blinds, their great service and super value for money.

I have used concept blinds 3 times now. My absolute go to if I need a roller blind. Brilliant product, easy to order, easy to fit, great after sales if needed. Good delivery (pandemic aside) would use again and would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service. Great product. We have ordered 5 blinds so far, all at different times the quality has always been great so easy to fit and look so much more expensive when they are up! The blinds we have ordered are always the same type and colour, just different sizes and they are exactly what we needed. Will be looking at ordering again soon, we have a few more windows left to do!

I’m really pleased to be able to set a review on my blinds from Concept Blinds. I ordered my first set earlier this year and thought I might have to wait some time but they arrived exactly when they were promised for. They fitted perfectly and look exactly how I hoped they would. I’m so happy with them that I have just ordered the same pattern for my bedroom windows.

Have used this company on 3 occasions now, they have excellent customer service even during these challenging times (covid pandemic). All my blinds have been top quality with exact fit and they even helped me get another part to fit one for the handles as I had measured this wrong myself.
Would always recommend them to anyone looking for new blinds.

This is at least the third time I have used this company for both perfect fit blinds and roller blinds. They are a trustworthy company which I would highly recommend. I have had lots of compliments on my blinds. Oh and did I mention they are the cheapest on the internet, Ive even referred my neighbours and they too are happy with the products. I would highly recommend, five stars from me.

The measurements instructions on the website are clear and the blinds fit well. Their movement is smooth and feels top quality. Our previous blinds let light through, these offer excellent privacy.

I bought some blinds from Concept several years ago. Unfortunately a builder broke several of the fascia clips when doing some work. I rang Concept and was delighted when they agreed to send me some replacement clips. The clips arrived this morning, just 3 days after my call. Excellent service. I can't thank Concept enough.

From the advice given, receipt of samples, through to the delivered supply and right up to assistance with rectifying an issue with a couple of blinds, which our member of staff had incorrectly installed so that they couldn’t be opened.

When we first selected perfect fit blinds from concept blinds we were a little unsure how they would fit. They are perfect. Being pensioners we tend to be a little less understanding of instruction but those supplied were easy to follow instructions and when we didn't the support and excellent service from their staff. It was great to be able to speak to a person who knew exactly what we wanted and experienced in how the blinds fitted. We now have blinds in all our rooms except one which we will do next year. have no hesitation in recommending them. It has been a difficult year with covid, but it did not stop concept blinds in their excellent service.
