There's not a lot in this product, pretty much just potassium and iron, however, it works great for me so I assume that the other trace elements required are already present in my water. It's not the most expensive product on the market, but given what it contains, it's somewhat overpriced, however, given that it works for me where others have failed, I'm OK with that.
Early days to say how good this is.
I add the correct amount (see the container for this value) once a week and get excellent results with my plants. It's best one I have ever used.

I have been using this product for many years now and have never found any reason not to use it for many years to come.
