This website allows contributors to harass individuals even though it breaks their terms of use and members conduct!

I've reported this and still nothing has been done about it. I am now seeking a law firm to act on my behalf.

It's even more suspect that they have domain protection for ICANN Whois records. They protect their address!!

As much as I like ComplaintsBoard.com, I Hate Them as well!

The reason is because they are the ONLY website for the Most Part that Every Time I Try To Add Attachments To My Review, I Get The Exact Same Error Message And Then ONLY My Review Gets Posted and NOT The Attachments!

Yes, I Did Complain To Their Latvian Customer Service Department About It And Their Response Was That It Is On My End, however, they are The Only Complaints Website Out There That I Experience This Problem With!

Furthermore, on their Company Facebook, I used to send them Copies Of My Reviews, along with the Attachments because it was basically the Only Way That I Could Communicate With Them since they Claim That They Do Not Have An Email Address Any More For Their Members, But I Beg To Differ because I do have their Email Address, however, they Claim That They Do Not Use It Anymore!

So, basically Communicating With Them Is *** On Earth!

Please Note: They do Not Have Phone Support and They Refuse To Accept Emails and Facebook was one of their Methods Of Contact because on there I could Send Them All Of My Attachments, however, ONLY sometimes they Would Post Them For Me, however, Most Of The Time They Will Not And Therefore My Attachments Would Never Get Posted, Period!

To Make Things Worst: They used to allow ME to send them messages, comments and attachments, via Facebook, however, ONLY very recently they Purposely And Deliberately CLOSED AND BLOCKED OUT THAT FEATURE on their Public Facebook Profile making My Job Impossible To Communicate With Them For Help since they are Refusing To Fix The Uploading Documents Problem!

Since that happened on their Facebook, the ONLY method to contact them is through their website, however, You Will Not Be Able To Send Them Any Attachments Through Their Website and they did that Purposely, of course!

To Make Things Even Worst: I continued to Complain To Them about the Uploading Documents Problem and before they used to Communicate With ME about it and Now They Simply Ignore ME!

Final Words And Thoughts: I got so Tired and Fed Up with this Continuous Problem and Abuse that I told them in my last letter that if this problem does Not Get Fixed, then I will Stop Writing Reviews For Them On Their Website!

As Of Sunday, June 5th, 2016, NO More Reviews Shall Be Written On To Their Website By Howard Paul Shore...

PS: By The Way, Complaintsboard.com Also Has A Very Bad Habit Of Copying And Stealing Reviews From Other Complaint Websites And Apparently A Public Lawsuit Has Already Been Filed Against Them!

I Will Not Say Which Website Sued Them, But ComplaintsBoard.com Knows Who It Is! Hint!

Just wanted to write a furious review about the service at the company which name i won't mention here and didn't really expect to get any response...Well i got some comments to my complaint from the people with the same problem (some of them weren't so adequate btw) and not to mention i got an answer from the company. Issue has been resolved and i just don't care about anything else...

Only after placing my complaint on this site i got a non automatic answer from the company i complained about and afterwards complaint was finally resolved. Thx to Complaintsboard.com and support team who was able to cooperate with them and finally consider the matter.

Complaints board.com is serving as hideout for people wanting to difamate innocent company owners and professionals , presenting false accusations without any proof, damaging reputations .They don't verify complaint's posting identities neither provide personal information, for the innocent defamed victim to answer asking to be repaired or to be able to suit demanding removal of the complaint or accusation. The page is allowing the defaming persons to be untouchable criminals.

I don't understand folks that are making negative remarks about the website.

They're doing their job: they're offering a platform for people to share their negative experiences with different companies in order to save the trouble for others. They aren't making those complaints themselves; users from across the world do. Majority are genuine, but some are not.

Following logic of those that are making negative remarks, it's like you have to blame the police for storming your house, not the person that make a fake call to begin with.

Complaints board is accepting anybody without any proof , to write some fake reviews .
They are scam itself .

Anybody can rent someone and scam make fraud reviews on another , companies etc . to make potential customers as not reliable .

They do not accept or search from anybody any proof that that person was anywhere ,in case of business., even when some company complain about review.
They just say : contact the one who made review. And review made as scammer. They do not have any responsibility to companies and do not care about business they do .
Do not trust to their reviews from people they do not proof, even after company that was attacked , contact them and try to remove that fake review.

They are scam itself as they accept scammers who write about companies and companies businesses are in danger because of Complaints board

Most reviews on complaints board are from other businesses competitors trying to take down their competition, their website isn't like trustpilot where business ask users to show proof of payment and if you don't have proof trust pilot will take the bad feed back off and if you do have proof the bad review stays on with is very fair on both ends.

Most of the reviews on complaintsboard.com are indeed legit. However, a lot of scammers increasingly use the site to extract money from businesess. They post fake and defamatory reviews about your company and once the bad review appears in google they contact you to offer their services (often pretending to be a SEO company) to remove the fake review.

Unfortunately, due to US regulations, you can't have the fake review removed by the site owner and they don't seem to care about it anyway. This is an illegal practice affecting many businesses including mine recently.

Good site to check up on complaints before using them. well worth a look if it's not on trustpilot
