I expected more than one company to be…
I expected more than one company to be quoting , and local companies.
I was only referred to British Gas for a boiler. Single company and not exactly local to Purbeck.
The assistant Bess was as helpful as she could be in difficult circumstances.

I didn’t realise that I had contacted a comparison web page when clicking on a roofing business “quote” page on FB
Polite and professional approach on phone but an email would have been an initial approach as normally I don’t answer unknown numbers ( I only answered as I was waiting for the GP surgery to call back). Many would not pick up so an initial explanation and what number would be calling I think would be better in the future
Person on phone was getting a little irritated when I was unsure of what availability I I thus coming week for a roofing company to visit me
