Lucy, the person who phoned, was polite, well informed. I felt I was not talked at but talked to.
The reason I didn’t give a 5 star was the phone number was a number I didn’t recognise and I nearly didn’t pick up.

Due to the distance to your property, we offered you the option of obtaining an online quote for a new boiler. An email should have been sent to you containing a link to our online quotation system, where you can view a range of boiler options and receive quotes for each.
