By going into this website and finding breakdown cover that matched my previous cover at a very affordable price, this saved me approx £90 so I was pretty pleased about this.

My go-to company for European Breakdown Cover. Great policy at a competitive price despite my 13 year old car! Can't comment on breakdown service as luckily never needed to use it.

Web site seems easy to use except that I wanted a short term one trip policy for a 19 year old car and it turned out to be annual but the price was still good so OK I supose.
Do check the reviews for the various companies offered.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience.
We have reviewed the correspondence with our colleague, who advised that the additional premium was quoted in order to amend the details of your vehicle.
Breakdown policy pricing is based on a number of risk factors, including vehicle age, mileage, MOT history, and overall condition, which can affect the premium.
We appreciate your feedback and will ensure your comments are reviewed internally.
Kind regards,
Chloe

Don’t trust them they will let you down as did with me.
I took a European cover broke down in south of France rang them up. They made 100 excuses not to help me and said I should pay for the repair and then try to claim it back in the meantime I have to cough up for everything. Stay away from them they don’t honour nothing.
I’m astonished at their review ratings 4.6 that’s an absolute fabrication
