I've had a very positive experience with Community Phone - have always received quick and helpful assistance whenever there was a problem - which has been very rare.
Changing my phone service was made very easy. I am glad I chose Community as my new service.

The communicate I had initially with the Service representative, (Mr. Enoch). He was very courteous and professional. One of the reason I left Cricket Wireless, the people were so disrespectful. Unprofessional. Even after I told them that I was a disabled veteran. I had hearing problems, and asked them to speak slower. But the above representative understood and acknowledged my disability when we discussed phone service. I spoke with him twice before activated my home phone. Both times he exercised the same professionalism, and respect for my disability.

Got my phone in a timely manner ,set up was easy.just needed help with incoming and outgoing calls. they help me everything working good now Thank you.

All I asked for was a quote. Received it. Told them they were too expensive for me, as a senior on limited income. They won't stop texting, emailing, now they're calling me. I told this person today on the phone to stop contacting me. Hopefully they understand what I said.

Customer service was good and my questions were answered. However, I have a problem with the way the system works. I think it is not fair to ask people to pay for the phone before it is activated. For me my package took sometime to be delivered due to some address problem. After it was finally delivered I was told it will take about one to two weeks before my number could be transferred from Xfinity/comcast to community phones. Meanwhile, I am still paying for the phone but I really cannot use it. Whereas I know this is a business and bills have to be paid, I think it is not fair to start charging seniors before the number is transferred.
