Contacts were excellent condition, instructions were helpful and easy to understand and the carry cases included were great! Also contacts look amazing!

The good bit
The good bit - Prompt service, fantastic choices of styles and colours. Perfect fit and very comfortable.
The bad bit - the colour match chart is misleading. I bought, the brown, green . However when I tried them on, my eyes looked like they belonged to a werewolf. My grand children did not like it and found it a bit scary. This is because the colour did not appear on the whole lense but just around the rim. Consequently "iris" was clear with some yellow strips so when worn, it showed up as grey. I thought the colour would be on the entire lense rather than just the edging.
I now have 3 pairs which I wont be able to wear them because they look frightful.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and sorry to hear that you weren't happy with our contact lenses. Our colour contacts do look slightly different on different coloured eyes, so it's sometimes hard to know without actually wearing them. But we don't want you to be unhappy or out of pocket, so you are welcome to send them back for an exchange or a full refund.
Perfect
Perfect - came exactly as described and with a free case and contact solution! They look even better in person. Difficult to get in though so I recommend buying an applicator!
