My home is in Devon (Plymouth) and the team arrived with all equipment ready to begin the task of dismantling the old fence including removal and disposal. The work from removal to installation was completed in three days and when the team departed, my garden looked amazing. All waste was removed leaving behind a first-class job. Should you require new fencing, I highly recommend ColourFence (My Garden Fence, Plymouth) Ltd. Thank you to the team for a great job!

Will and Alfie arrived promptly, were polite, listened to our questions and got on with the job. They worked well together and kept disruption to a minimum, leaving the site clean and tidy.

We would highly recommend Alpar Jozsef from Midlands fencing. He did a fantastic job, very courteous, professional and very helpful. We are really happy with his high quality work, which wasn't easy because of neighbours ivy and trees close to the fence but he did the job with perfection. Jon Wells regional Manager made the booking easy and arranged a quick installation date. Thank you both.

Good response from Chris Brown who came out to survey and supply quotation. 2 month wait for installation, but job done to a high standard and particular mention to Will and Toby (the installation team) who were courteous and polite

Ordered colour fence was a big hassle through b&q so I had to go direct to them which was easier.
Extremely disappointed with the level of communication between the distribution company they use as no form of contact made prior to delivery from either of them so a big surprise as they turn up without warning with half order then again a few days after with the rest of the order again no phone calls or message to say that they are delivering on top of that delivery driver very rude and threatening to leave my fence on pavement. If notice was given I would have been prepared to accept this order without the worry of moving vehicles to make space for fence order. In this digital age communication is vital.

If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Having paid £3k + deposit in 2023 we are still waiting installation in June 2024.

Having finally after months of calls we received an installation date of 19 & 20 June
Only for them to call on 14 June cancelling.

Now have to cancellation appointments with landscape gardeners & leave both our & my elderly neighbours properties unsecured!

Update 17/06/24: Has per response from Colour fence, have already emailed the address provide & also sent a message through messenger. Don't want to be told that they have passed our details on to the local team, has have been hearing this since March/ April this year!

Hard working team,friendly,professional.
Longer term reviews on products give greater clarity, all looks good though.

The new composite fence has completely transformed our garden while improving its kerb appeal. Someone walked past yesterday and I heard them say “It looks really nice, doesn’t it?” It does and we’re delighted.
We’re also very pleased with the two boys who completed the job. They worked hard and had excellent skills. I can’t find any fault with them or the product.

Great job done by a friendly and helpful team. Reasonable pricing and good general customer support throughout the ordering etc process. They went to a lot of trouble not to inconvenience us and even swapped the installer’s (Will and Toby) day off to ensure the work was completed on time. The product looks really stylish, is robust and we were able to have any colour of our choice from the Ral chart. Amazing!

A fantastic service from start to finish. We had to wait a while from ordering the fence to having it fitted, but it was worth the wait. Mark came to measure up and give us a price. He was friendly and very professional. Harry and Kyle came to fit the fence. Again, very professional and friendly. They talked us through the progress of the fitting and what would work best with the sloping ground. I am absolutely thrilled with the fence, the guys who fitted the fence (Tom and Steve) worked like trojans to get it all done in one day, and my garden looked as if the fence had always been there. I would certainly recommend.

A excellent service from start to finish.
Danny visited and took measurements, he was friendly and informative. We were having a party and despite being busy they got our fence fitted before this.

Dave and Dyfed, the installers, were professional and worked hard to complete. There were some problems with delivery of parts, however, they still turned up and did as much as they could, including making the garden escape proof. They returned when they said and completed the job in a couple of hours.

It is not cheap, however, a good job and it will outlast wooden fencing.

This was my third experience using Sebastian and his team. They carry out their tasks efficiently and with due diligence - simply no request is too difficult for them. They strive to go beyond the 100% in ensuring customer satisfaction. A joy to have them on board!
