I received everything I ordered before the estimated delivery time. Everything I ordered was as just as described on the site.

I put my order on September 25th and haven't received it yet. I want to know when it's going to arrive,please. Thank you in advance.
Today is 6th of November and If I don't receive it on the next few days I'm going to get in touch with PayPal to cancel and ask for my complete refund.

it was not delivered until about a week aftr it was said to be delivered. I spoke with one of your peaple and they had me order another one which I now will have to send back.

I received the order but didn't like it...not what I e=expected. In order to return the item I had to get a shipping label from the company...and it cost $13.99!!! (I only paid $22.76) at which time I found out this company is actually in China. Then they charged me an ADDITIONAL $7.63 which they claimed (when I contacted them to ask what that was for) was some kind of assurance for shipping which would be refunded to me when they got the item back. They now have the item back and are refunding me only n$7.58. After spending no less than 45 min on the phone with them and getting no where I filed a dispute with PayPal. They claim "Easy Returns" They lie a lot

I was signed up for Collections Premier Savings program without my knowledge. When I called customer service I was told to read the fine print when I place an order online. They would not refund all of my monthly charges. Be very careful ordering from this company as they are deceptive.

I have not ordered from this company in a very long time. So I thought I would order I've always enjoyed ordering from this company. So I made a order midnight. I get a phone call the following day to confirm my address. I asked regarding a particular delivery company uni uni who is well known for not delivering their packages. So the question was would they be able to change or determine who would deliver my package. Customer service started off okay. But then I got connected to a supervisor RWANDA who was tremendously rude. And then a DON who refused to let me speak back to a supervisor. All out and order end up being canceled. It's been awhile since I ordered from them and I think I'm good I would just order some elsewhere. The customer service needs to be better and more polite and understanding. And even if they cannot make the changes don't be rude about it. Strictly overwhelming. So even when I said just let the order happen we'll see what take place they still chose to cancel the order and that's fine that's my money back in somebody else. My little review may not matter but it matters to me. Need better customer service.
