Steve at the Huddersfield branch was really helpful in our purchase of our new Vitra. Everything sorted for us and great customer service explaining every detail of the paperwork and drive away service.
The receptionist Maria is courteous and has shown outstanding professionalism.
I had occasion to contact the Keighley branch of DM Keith. I recently purchased a Suzuki S Cross vehicle in October 2022 from the Huddersfield branch. I had recently noticed a rattle on both sides of the dashboard. I live near Keighley so contacted this branch for help. From the outset Maria was professional, efficient and courteous to my concern. She contacted the Huddersfield branch and relayed the problem. Throughout this she kept me up to speed with developments. This matter will be dealt with by Huddersfield. I feel compelled to state that Maria is a credit to the company and I learned that she had only recently joined the company. Her attention to detail is outstanding and her support and advice was excellent. Thank you Maria for somewhat alleviating a concern for which required attention.
DM Keith Suzuki Ashton
I’ve just completed my second service on my Vitara with DM Keith Suzuki Ashton Under Lyne. I bought the car when it was Colin Appleyards and yesterday when I visited the Ashton branch had exactly the same staff as the Colin Appleyard business. My experience with this business has been outstanding and I’ve found the focus to always be on having a good safe dependable Suzuki which just isn’t going to let you down. I bought a used car and it’s still under a 10 year warranty. Having services and repairs done at the dealership is more expensive than an independent garage but there’s no way anybody in the North West knows more about Suzukis than DM Keith Ashton and I want to follow the Suzuki services because then the car is rock solid. I plan on being a customer of theirs for many years to come.
AVOID them scammers
scammers, they sold me a car, problem after problem, fault after fault, useless managers, terrible customer service team, every week I find a new issue, they take the car in and give it back with same issues. AVOID
DM Keith experience with Radek
Both my wife and I bought a car from the Leeds DM Keith. The sales executive, Radek Tunega helped us navigate the process. Mr Radek Tunega came across genuine, reassuring and knowledgeable which was different from our previous dealings with regards to car purchases across Yorkshire. He is certainly an asset to his company. We were impressed with his knowledge of history and linguistics and this gave him an advantage to his ability to relate to clients. It is no longer Colin Appleyard and it shows!
I have bought 5 family cars and have all be serviced when this was Colin Appleyard and never had a single problem. Since it has been taken over by dm keith its horrendous and i feel completely ripped off and pressured to have work done that i was not sure was needed. The service was awful and i will never set foot in the place again.

Bloody awful experience here
Bloody awful experience here. They told me I needed a new exhaust but never answered me with a quote so I went to my local garage and it was two loose screws that he fixed for £25.
My partner had to go there this week because of her service plan. They disconnected her dash cam which now won't work and they didn't register her MOT until the next day which meant she was driving around illegally
DON'T ACCEPT VERBAL PROMISES
Some months ago took my new Nissan to 'Appys' owing to problem with HVAC, paid for a loan car for day. Was later told it was a software problem that Nissan currently had no fix for, but next time I brought car in would not be charged for loan car. Phoned them today, still no fix available(poor show Nissan). Also enquired about getting our Juke serviced and was told of charge for loan car, I pointed out previous case when had been told no charge on next visit, staff member asked if I had anything in writing, which I didn't. I had the pleasure of knowing the late Colin Appleyard since his early business days in the 1970s and he was a man of his word. Moral is do not take staff's word, get it in writing or email.

Great service from Joe and Andrew
Came in on a Saturday to ask for help on a few issues on a car I’d bought elsewhere. Andrew changed the battery on my key and Joe the tech spent over half an hour driving with me to help find the source of the rattle. Really appreciate their help

Poor service
I have been with Suzuki Bradford for many years and always had a good service. Since they were taken over the standards has dropped. I had a puncture and was told they could not fix it for a week, however after putting pressure on them I was advised if I took it in on the Thursday and left It with them they would try to do it sometime during the day. I was also told that if they picked up my car for service it would be £25.00 or to use a service car it would be £15.00. I have vow sold the car and purchased a Toyota hybrid to charge for them to pick it up for service or no charge to use a service car. Its a pity that they no longer offer good service

Un trustworthy …
We were really disappointed with the level of customer service we had at Colin Appleyard Bradford after speaking to a nice young sales representative Jamie who was very professional and helpful sold us a new Suzuki S cross we had put a £300 deposit down and was told that the car would be held for us as the checked the finance we arranged to to pick the car up after Jamie got back of his holidays.
Only to get a phone call on the Friday from Richard the manager saying we could no longer have the colour we wanted as head office had taxed the car as a pool car,we drove straight down to see the car we had put a deposit on had a sold sign on it,he could not explain why this had happened to us so we ask for a our deposit back and Richard the manager then took a extra £300 out by mistake which we then got a phone call saying the had paid us too much money back, it has been a very disappointing experience
On a good note we got the Suzuki S cross ultra at a better price from a reliable dealer will not be going back there anytime soon.

Great experience buying car with Ami
Ami at Ashton Colin Appleyard was really lovely and took lots of time to help me find the perfect car for me. She answered all my questions and we had a good laugh whilst going through everything. Dean and Benjamin were also friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend that people go here.

29/7/24. At 7am Chris Robinson Ashton Sales responded to our Facebook question sent 15 minutes earlier and how to locate a Pin for the radio code. He looked the chassis number up from home and messaged it back.
