Bag came in good time, was package very well and is good quality. Very happy.

I ordered a handbag for my sister for Christmas and never received it. The company confirmed that they had provided the courier authority to leave on my behalf and that because it had been delivered it was not their problem even though I never received it. They suggested my only option was to contact my local police station and report it stolen. Very unhelpful at helping me resolve this issue, I will not be shopping there again.

I purchased a backpack boxing day sales. It started falling it started falling apart with few months. My receipt was faded. When purchased they had a sale on for 50%.
I asked for a bag swap as no current sales are on.
But instead I got accused by their staff member of trying to pull a shifty on the company.
Meanwhile "Colette bags" pulled a double shifty on me. 1# Selling a product that didn't even last a year. #2 Trying to get me to spend more money on same quality product.
#3 Humiliating accusations while advocating for my rights.

Very very poor customer service . Thry takr agrs to teply and do nothing eith yout issues raised
Thr product is OK nothing to erite about.
The courier service they use is as bad as this company, except you receive NO reply as to why your delivery is still in limbo.
I guess with this company and courier you have to purchase and forget about it.
It will vote when it comes 😆

Gorgeous handbags,purses etc
I have quite a collection now of totes,weekender bags,purses etc and I love the quality and look of them all and only buy these type of products from Colette Hayman plus the prices aren't too bad when you buy during a sale event or when you buy one and get the other half priced again good quality means you pay that bit more and happy to do so.
