Grabbed some coffee beans and a grinder, both worked a treat together, and the flavour’s been way better than the supermarket stuff I used to get.

I’ve tried a few blends and each one tasted smooth and balanced, definitely a good choice for home coffee brewing.

Smooth tasting coffee, consistent quality every time ,and the packaging kept everything fresh.

Coffee Beanery offers a delicious range of coffee bean blends and the range of equipment is incredible, and I appreciate how fresh everything arrives, making it easy to enjoy and having a cafe quality cup at home.

I was scammed by this person/business over a year ago, and from what I can see, the behaviour hasn’t stopped.

What I went through trying to get my money back was incredibly stressful and drawn out. Communication became impossible after I was blocked, and the only way I could get any response at all was through Trustpilot.

One of the biggest red flags is the number of overly positive reviews that appear to be fake or self-written. My experience was the complete opposite of what those reviews suggest.

I have reported this matter to the ACCC, but I’m leaving this review so others are aware and can make an informed decision.

Please be cautious when dealing with this business.

As previous review indicate, David from Coffee Beanery have claimed previous Fair Trading complaints are fake. They are not.

I ordered 2 fridges (INV93961) in November 2025. No delivery. Worst of all, refusal to provide any type of consignment number as proof of shipment (now 27 February 2026).

I will submit a formal complaint with Fair Trading NSW today as they have refused request for refund in form of non response for more than 10 business days.

DO NOT deal with this company or David.

Do not be fooled . NSW Department of Fair Trading has issued a warning about these guys. Our client paid around $10k for machine and installation in 2023 and this has still not been supplied to date. They are good at putting fake reviews up on here though to try and cover their tracks and trick you. And yes , they will say this is a fake review . I will retract this review if you fulfil order relating to INV-203395. EDIT to Coffee Beanery reply below * You have the order in the business name, not my trust pilot handle numnut !

SCAM ALERT - DO NOT SUPPORT

We purchased a refurbished coffee machine online from this business and, after 8 weeks, we have still not received the machine.

Throughout this time, we repeatedly called and emailed to follow up. The salesperson continually redirected us to their “accounts team” but refused to provide any contact details. On our most recent call, we were told if we were not happy with their services, to contact our bank to request a refund and immediately he hung up the call. We will be contacting ours and their bank as well.

Things weren't lining up and upon further digging, we discovered a post from NSW Fair Trading has issued advice to avoid this company. We checked their ABN and ASIC records, and it shows a history of liquidations followed by business name changes. Additionally, the Google-listed address appears to be a shared warehouse location used by another business.

Based on our experience and the publicly available information, we strongly recommend avoiding this business altogether. We are sharing this review so others are not caught in the same situation.
