Great experience with company.
The outfit i purchased was absolutely gorgeous and the quality of material was great. The delivery time was very quick and got updates to every move the parcel got sent to. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a two piece from this website…
I ordered a two piece from this website last minute before festival. I didn’t have high hopes it would come in time, but it came seven days later with two days to spare. When it arrived, I realised the material was fab. Well made and comfortable. With festival, season approaching I can’t wait to make a big order and have full faith that they will come within a reasonable time and all of the close will be gorgeous ❤️

AVOID! Not even a real company
Items have not arrived and no one has been able to tell me where it is or when it will arrive. I have sent numerous emails and the customer service I have received has been appalling. Currently feel like I've just had my money stolen. Honestly wish I'd checked here first because they don't even appear to be a real company. Avoid at all costs!!!

Hey Iona! We want to assure you that we are a legally registered company, and apologise for any confusion around this. As stated on our website to date, pre-orders require up to 13 working days to process. Unfortunately, ordering such items and opting for an express shipping option at checkout does not bypass this timeframe needed for pre-order items.
As a small team, we occasionally need up to 48 hours to respond to emails and apologise on this occasion we did not respond in a satisfactory timeframe for you. We have confirmation that the order was delivered which is great! We endeavour to privde a better service in the future.
It would be amazing if you could support a small business by reading any important shipping information, or asking for further guidance before leaving a negative review.
