Before it, I used so many software for managing my construction business. All of those has a few problems. But CoConstruct save me and their great service just mind-blowing.

CoConstruct is the best that we've seen out there in terms of communicating with clients we've gone through demos of 7 other programs. So much of what it does that seems simple just doesn't exist in other systems. Purchased by Buildertrend the future is unknown but we've not been convinced that anything out there is better so we'll stay as long as we can.

Kevin, Debbie, and Brandon always give excellent customer service. Patient, knowledgeable, and prompt to respond. They go the extra mile to answer any questions that I have at the time. Kevin is extremely helpful by providing videos for training with step by step instructions!

Love how the program helps keep us on track day to day.

I think Coconstruct helps both the simple minded personnel, as well allows the wiggle room for more complicity to help the complexity of more corporate requirements. Basically one stop shop for the whole company

Upon having a problem with our CoCo system, I had sent a request for help and received immediate responses and updates. This type of service in this situation means everything to me and my company! It ultimately didn't matter whether the issue was fixed immediately or not, it was the peace of mind of knowing that we were being helped as quickly as possible.

CoConstruct has been vital in the growth and organization of our custom home remodeling company. We use CoConstruct for everything from CRM, Estimating & Templating, Scheduling & Project Management, Budget Tracking, Purchase Orders & Order Templating, Change Orders, tracking Bills & Payments to vendors and from customers etc.. Our business is 100% integrated with CoConstruct. We don’t use any program outside of CoConstruct except Quickbooks Time for the ease of employee time tracking and transferring to payroll.

We have been using Co Construct for about 6 years and find it a very useful platform to work from. It has improved client communication dramatically and our clients are very happy with the system and happy working with us, as all the details can be discussed via CO Construct.

CoCon allows us to easily track our expenses vs budget. Which is the bottom line for all companies. It becomes a thermometer for every individual job. We also use it as a means to keep other team members up to date regarding changes, challenges and work status by noting important dates and events.

This application is new in the sense that it made it easier to monitor the execution of my project the models were developed in the application the costs were defined in the application the executions were scheduled in the application until to the final realization ofthe application all the details related to the project were defined in the application and I was able to follow this project from start to finish, it's great.

We use CoConstruct on a daily basis and so do our clients. It makes communication manageable and organized. And our clients can review their quotes and make selections easily. Even on the go from their mobile app. We wouldn't be able to function well on multiple projects without CoConstruct.
