Dirty , disgusting, damp , cobwebs, dust , slops , spills and food crumbs. So disappointing and disgusting. Was so looking forward to my weeks holiday . Need to inform guest about the children’s private swimming lessons that take place from 3.30pm onwards during the week .

Basic, broken and grubby. There is no real pride in its appearance or condition. It is basic, dirty and so many items were broken. The walls, sofas and towels appear grubby, the dishwasher failed to work and the oven sounded like it was on its last legs. There was no blind to the downstairs bathroom so an evening shower resulted in being lit up like an Amsterdam peep show. The kitchen window handle was snapped off and the shower frame was held together by a spoon. The only positive to the property is that it backs onto the Ivy Village green around the back so was nice for the kids to go out and play with each property having its own picnic bench. It is also well located with 10-15 minutes drive to most beaches and between Tenby and Pembroke. Overall really disappointed with the property and wont be returning.

The Cottage needs a safety check. The kitchen window was stuck ajar so was a security risk. Bathroom sink was blocked. We had to buy sink unblocked which worked. Lack of everyday utensils in the kitchen.

Lovely place to stay, our grandson had a great time. Loved the swimming pool. The dinosaur park, Folly Farm and Manor Wildlife Park are all within a few minutes drive.

The site is brilliant especially if you have school age kids. We’d definitely return but maybe a different property. We found the property needed some attention, the loo roll holder was broken, the upstairs window latch fell off the beds weren’t comfy. But the biggest issue was nowhere to store food, massive fridge but no cupboards for tins or breakfast cereals which meant the kitchen always felt a mess. Could do with a dresser or console under the stairs. The dining area was a waste of space as no one could get in and out of the table. This meant we ate out more than intended. The village of St Florence is beautiful a crazy little shop that sells almost everything you can think of and more. Pubs are good and with in easy walking distance. And there are a couple of good circular walks.
