Couldn't place an order online. Never had this issue before. And the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT couldn't help besides saying we can place the order for you? I think not ! I just placed an order in Feb 2022 and now all of a sudden in June I cant

I bought a Beckett Slim Brief With Check Geo Print from them. The quality is worse than cheap $15 Chinese bags. The divider tab turned out to be made of leather substitute and began to peel off even when I had never used the briefcase. Think about it - new, never used with labels. The whole design does not stand up to any criticism, if I put my Lenovo think pad in my briefcase, then both side pockets open. From now on I will never buy the Coach brand - this is rubbish of the unworthy and 10 percent of the price paid.

Order something that you don’t want and make sure it’s not on sale to receive your order and order something you want and on sale you probably be disappointed your order will backorder and cancelled . Please don’t waste your time‼️

ALSO THEY USE UPS AS DROP OFF POINTS AND THE PLACES ARE NOT EVEN OPENED UP AT TIME WHEN THEY SHOULD BE & THEY ARE RESTAURANTS ETC NOT EVEN REAL AUTHENTIC DROP OFF OR PICK ACCESS COUNTERS. TOTALLY GHETTO

Where is my refund? Sent item back and on the 12th it was delivered to you…today is the 20th! I haven't even received a notification that you all received the item. According to UPS tracking you all got your item back…soooooo where is my refund???? I have sent an email and waited patient but STILL no one has responded..WHERE IS MY REFUND?? You have your bag and my money….not a good business practice…where is my refund??

I did not receive the shipment, because the order was cancelled by the Coach team, Also I did not receive the refund. This is the worst experience online shopping I have ever had.

I purchased a bag on black friday, paid AND AFTER 3 weeks they said SORRY SOLD OUT! AND THEY ARE STILL SELLING EXACTLY THE SAME ITEM AT A HIGHER PRICE! AND I KEEP RECEIVING PROMOTIONAL E MAILS 5 TIMES A DAY! They never respond.RUINED MY HOLIDAY!

Absolutely phenomenal! Beautiful items at reasonable prices. I liked the items online better than the ones in the actual outlet store. The site was very user friendly. Received items in less than a week from Florida to Indiana. Customer service was excellent! I had a problem with their 3rd party billing partner. The rep took ownership for the other company's error. Conducted a 3 way call. Stayed on the line from start to finish with me. It was my 1st time using the outlet online. BUT, it will definitely NOT be my last.

They are liars and they even don't show your order history. I order and waited to get a tracking number but they didn't provide me till now. My order id is Z6689484but these liars never answered my phone calls. Even I can't check the status of the order from their website. Be aware and don't buy from this store.

I ordered a purse May 3rd, paid the $17 for FAST shipping... So I’ve been checking my email periodically for tracking information, NOTHING! So I decided to give COACH-outlet a call this evening when I got off work, I waited 1 hour and 31 minutes before a LIVE operator picked up my call. I asked him for a tracking number for my package, assuming he had one on his end, because I didn’t receive one on my end. So he asked for my order # I gave it to him he verified all my personal info and then tells me my PACKAGE has not even been shipped yet. Hmmmm... Okay sir but I PAID like a 2day shipping for this “Mother’s Day” gift From the 3rd/4th of MAY we are 7PM May 6th an it hasn’t SHIPPED?... SMH I am sooooo irritated right now, this is not CUSTOMER FRIENDLY order preparedness Uuugh! So now it will be shipped tonight, if it does not arrive by FRIDAY May 8th COACH OUTLET USA will be hearing from me!

By far my favorite brand of all time! Congrats to Tapestry for still putting value into this brand. This brand is a great intro to anyone wanting to get into the feel of luxury. Coach Outelt and Coach are different in terms of production and quality. To be quite frank, Coach Outlet is good and Coach is superb.I applaud Coach for making a comeback and revamping their image. The inclusion of mainstream celebrities made the brand receive much attention it needed. Diversity is essential and Coach is playing their cards right. Coach and Micheal Kors will always be neck on neck as Micheal Kors is trying to revamp their image as well. Kate Spade is another company owned by Tapestry but their image is not booming yet. Cute and Girl is a fantastic concept but it deserves much mainstream attention.
