Easy renewal
Always let me know the due dates. Quick and easy to renew online. Downside is the insurance has gone up a bit much for a small hobby craft stall.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry if our price change has caused any inconvenience, we have recently reviewed our administration fee, changing it from £6.00 to £10.00. This decision was made due to the increasing costs of servicing and supporting our traders. We regularly benchmark the cost of our policy against the wider market and are confident that we continue to offer the most competitive, value-for-money insurance policy.

Good, everything straightforward. The only thing I would mention is that if you inform me that prior to approval of the policy, I would receive a phone call, then please do it! Sitting anxiously by my phone until I received an email instead.

Only one question as to why this doesn’t give you the option for auto renewal?
