CMT are always polite and courteous and reply quickly to my enquiries

Cannot fault the service of all the team @ CMT, recently moved from a competitor.
Demi and Team from Directors, Sales, through to Warehouse are prompt, courteous and helpful.
Happy to go the extra mile as i know we are a demanding client at times and if they don't stock it will do whatever it takes to source it.

Good communication with Conor Diss and rapid delivery

They are very professional and well trained. Their staff are very polite to customers and helpful. I noticed they have immense product knowledge. CMT's service is best, second to none. They deliver as they promise. Almost next day delivery. Their admin is also very punctual on sending quotation and the invoice. I was very pleased with their services when I was working in my last company. After I moved on I opened an account with them with my current construction company and I am using their services.

We use the London office, Chloe Gosling who is our Internal Account Manager always provides Excellent and prompt service, she is very knowledgeable of our needs, and is always willing to go above and beyond to help.

Chole Gosling who I deal with the most is very professional and gets Quotes sent over very quickly and keeps me updated on delivery dates and times.

I like the fact that CMT has a vast range of products & I almost always find what I need, on their shelf. let alone that their cut-off time (for next day delivery) is 7PM!
Conor is our account manager & is always very helpful when processing last minute orders, or sourcing new items that are not in CMT's range.

George Merralls at CMT is the most helpful person that I have come across - he goes out of his way to keep his Customer happy

Coinford and CMT have always had a long and well established relationship, Conor and his team have been exceptional ever since, always going above and beyond to help in any way possible to keep our sites running continuingly with supplies ranging from PPE to tools. The friendly and helpful approach from Conor puts him above anyone in the Construction supplies game!

I deal with the internal sales manager Conor Diss on a daily basis. He goes above and beyond to make sure that our sites receive the required items as soon as they need them. No enquiry or request is ever too much hassle for Conor, and he always makes sure to build a good customer relationship from my own experience.
