First class support at very short noticed

So helpful. Third time we’ve used Clockwork. Had everything packed up in 4 hours and the team were lovely

Kept waiting after being told our partial move from Inverness to Essex, could be added to a larger move coming our way.After few days, told, waiting for Orkney branch to contact.Month later phoned again, told they could,nt do our move.We could have been told earlier that it wasnt possible to do our move.Mother had died in Inverness, we wanted her item,s, brought to us in Essex

After having been messed about by both seller and buyer, I got 3 working day’s notice of moving. I called Clockwork at 8.00am on the Friday and by 10.30am, they’d worked out a way to do the job for me. I had packers in on the Saturday and Monday, with what they had left to do was done on the move day on the Tuesday. The guys who did the job were AMAZING but hide the Tunnocks caramel logs. 😂 The lady who took the first call from me was very very helpful and calmed me considerably- thank you. The move went as well as these things do but again the move by the guys was really good. They came and picked up the empty boxes yesterday. Great service which I would highly recommend.

Very good experience with clockwork taking our house contents into and out of storage while we had some house renovations done. Good communications and staff removing us and bringing back from storage were very professional. Floors were protected and work was done very efficiently. Would definitely recommend clockwork.

Genuinely awful. We’ve made several international moves and whilst the Clockwork team was nice to start, they became unprofessional at the end. We were recommended them and wanted to support a local company in Edinburgh.

Chucked things into the container. Sighing loudly when I reminded them to pack last items that were definitely on the list and walk through. Blamed us for their incompetence. Didn’t pack in time for the port slot booked so we ended up being 2 months delayed.

Upon receiving the container, there was an estimated £5000 in damages. They simply wanted to finish the job and get to the pub. Truly unprofessional. And if you’re reading this thinking it won’t happen to you, well, quite frankly it doesn’t matter to me but thought I’d put the warning out anyway. There are plenty other international movers who have consistency of quality and professionalism. Santa Fe and Crown being two of them. Kicking ourselves for not going with them to start as we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. If you’re just wanting a lamp moved within Edinburgh, go for Clockwork. If you care about any of your items, don’t bother.

Clockwork were just brilliant from start to finish. Joanne in the office handled everything with a restful, friendly super-efficiency, Ryan on the site visit was incredible, putting all my nervousness and fears at ease as he explained how it would all be co-ordinated as my first time completing sale and purchase on one day, and then the team of three who arrived even earlier than expected so I didn’t need to worry and worked with patience, politeness, understanding and skill - even though I am now on second floor and they had hundreds of boxes to bring up. I honestly cannot thank them enough, no problems whatsoever and amazingly priced for all that expertise and care.

Cheerful efficient removers, despite making a mistake and taking something that should have been left!
Speedy but careful with more delicate items. Shame they couldn’t have been around when we needed to get rid of empty boxes!

We were happy with the service provided from the quoting and information stage to the guys who moved everything on the day. Everyone we spoke to was helpful in answering our queries and organising what we needed. On the day the guys were absolutely fabulous. Such cheery positive attitudes whilst carrying and manoeuvring all of our furniture and belongings! They kept us smiling and were very efficient in their work too. We are glad we chose Clockwork and would highly recommend them!

A reliable,efficient company with staff that make the move, as stressful as it is, literally go like clockwork. The office staff are helpful and reassuring and the lads on the day were amazing. Both me and my elderly mum, separately, have used the Sheffield branch to move from Derbyshire to Greater Manchester. I would highly recommend them.

The staff I've dealt with have had no respect for my property at all. I had stuff in storage & received it back the the house 2 weeks ago. Everything was so slap dash it was unbelievable. Everything was just thrown into the room with no care. Would never recommend this company.

The removal men were fantastic, but despite taking out insurance for cancellations and delays, I was contacted by phone from the office to be told the insurance expired at 3 o'clock, I didn't get keys until 4.45.
Had I not received keys by five I would have had to book into a hotel, which would have been cheaper than the excess I had to pay.

If I had the keys earlier the move would have been five star.

Plentiful packaging provided for our move with uplift and delivery arrangements that suited us perfectly. The crew were very helpful & friendly putting furniture and boxes in the rooms requested which made unpacking a good bit less stressful. We would be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking to move home as painlessly as possible. Thanks again guys!
