You asked for a review, so here it is....I changed my plans at the last minute to accomodate Clockwork as they couldn't make the agreed time. They were then an hour late with no call to let me know or an apology. The job took 4 mins moving a small upright piano 20ft. Cost £216. I paid another national firm £250 to move the same piano and all my other furniture 30 miles!
Perhaps Clockwork were having a bad day!

I used clockworks for moving home and the 3 guys worked very efficiently and treated furniture with respect, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that is looking for this service.

Very helpful office staff and the two men who carried out the move were excellent.

Discovered on 17th November that flat we were moving into on 21st November did not have a working lift. Called Roy at Clockwork Perth and explained the situation. Within half an hour he had organised a truck and 2 men to come to our aid on Tuesday 21st November. The flat was on the 4th floor but that did not deter Stevie and Travis from pulling out all the stops and getting us moved in. Thanks once again to an amazing company with fantastic staff who make it their job to remove stress from a very stressful situation.

Brilliant experience with Clockwork Perth this week, helping us to do a house swap between two family members. They arrived promptly at 8.30am and worked constantly for 9 hours with only a 10 minute break, moving a huge amount of furniture with amazing skill, efficiency and good humour. Just when we needed more help another van and two guys arrived to get both moves complete. Quite simply I could not fault them in any way and can quite see why the business lives up to its outstanding reputation.

I have used Clockwork in Perth several times to move myself and other family members. I have found them professional, timely and accessible, from the office staff answering calls within three rings to the removal teams who treat your items as if they were their own! I would strongly recommend them and will always call on them for my future removals and storage needs. Thank you Clockwork.

The guys came and had virtually nothing to do apart from lift the furniture and boxes in and then out of the van, move had been booked with a truck and van but the truck never materialised, only 2 guys on the first day and then 3 on the second day, we really needed an extra man, a lot of the boxes were dumped in the garage rather than being stacked upstairs as was a couple of pieces of furniture so we ended up having to move them ourselves, were being rushed at the end to go to another job. Have used clockwork before and have always found them excellent and I have to say that the chap who took the lead role was exceptional, sadly the others lacked enthusiasm and seemed to have a lack lustre approach. We were left with a lot to do ourselves and overall disappointed.

Great removal completely down to the two guys who went above and beyond. Great attitude and nothing too much trouble. Can’t believe I didn’t get their names, they were just too busy. A big thank you.

I used this company to move my belongings from one home to another. The guys were nice enough but after the move I noticed my sofa was broken and unusable. I contacted the company to say that it had clearly been broken in the move as I hadn’t used it since as I was away dealing with a death in the family. When I contacted them they said I didn’t contact them soon enough but I explained the situation and they didn’t get back to me despite my many attempts to contact them. I didn’t even get an apology.
