Just what we like to hear. Thanks!
Clockwork by name and nature
A faultless service from start to finish. I would highly recommend the packing service as it takes 90% of the stress out of the move and saves many many hours of Labour intensive work for you.
The Staff were friendly and efficient and the communication with the office was easy too.
Our empty boxes were collected very promptly and the price of the service was very reasonable.
I highly recommend the team at Inverness.

That is what we love to hear.
First Class.
They turned up on time on the day expected, very friendly and professional in removal of our items. They worked hard and appreciated our pre-packing, making their job so much easier. Their quote was very reasonable and very happy to answer any questions. Most of our items are in their storage unit, leaving essential items we needed in our home, until we are ready to move. I would highly recommend Clockwork Removals and Storage Inverness.

Thanks so much for being such a loyal client.
Awful service
My daughters shelves were broken in half.
My dressing table was scratched.
My microwave ended up with a big dent in it.
I would never use this company again or recommend to someone else.
The manager said he would look into it and nothing ever happen.

Hello and thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As always we appreciate all feedback as it helps us maintain our usually very high standards. Due to the nature of our work, accidents occasionally do happen. We apologise that in this instant an item was broken. We have not however received a request for a claim or refund for the items damaged and would urge you to contact the branch directly.

Very helpful
Prompt, helpful and professional. Everything went well in the day with no hitches. The only small issue was getting boxes delivered in advance due to staff being unavailable but more were delivered on the day.

Clockwork were great
Clockwork were great, we had a disaster of a house purchase with dates continually moving and throughout they were patient and helpful. When we eventually got to the point of moving all was efficient and professional and they made a very stressful situation much more bearable. Highly recommended.
