ClickInks.com Recensioni

They sent me a promo for 35% off and then it was not deducted from total. Nobody has followed up with me regarding this issue.
Had trouble with last sale I tried to take advantage of as well.

As a LONG TIME customer, I deducted two stars for not sending me an email confirmation of purchase (I had to call to confirm that my order was placed?!?) but added back one start for Bianca Dumitru's excellent Customer Service.

I did receive my cartridges today (2/10/24) that I ordered 2/4/24 but had never received verification of my order and thought it had not gone through. Until I saw the payment in my bank account.

My 15% discount was dropped when I checked out. This is the second time that has happened. I will not use Clicklinks again.

I had a difficult time with the website. I was able to place the order but at the same time I wanted to join as a member. I put all my information in but never received an email saying I had joined. So I tried to login and the site said my account or password info was incorrect. So I tried to use the chat and found out that just an automated system. Was very frustrating. Then I didn't even recieve confirmation email that my order was placed. Now 2 days later, I just received an email that my order shipped. I've ordered before from clickinks but never had this much problem. Not sure it was worth the trouble.

I still have not received the ink I purchased. I have tried emailed/calling and no luck.

Ease of entering printer. It's an older Brother.
Ordering was a piece of cake with this website. Also, linked to PayPal.

The cartridges did not work with HP printer.
Black leaked in tray

Didn’t receive an email confirmation, so called and the lady was very helpful to look up and get the necessary info.
Received my order today!
Thank you

Clinklinks comes pretty fast, the prices are reasonable & now I order my inks from them…

simple format. I just answered questions about the product I wanted and I was done. Very quick.

The price was reasonable. Thank you.

When I first went on the website, I could not locate the info for the new printer I have purchased since my earlier order. As frustrating as that feels, it only took a phone call to be directed to the material I needed. Within 2-3 days the order arrived. I am a happy camper now - thank you.
