A good product and very helpful support who were patient with us through the set up process. The chat interface and dashboard is easy and straight forward to use. Colleagues and users all seem happy with it and it offers another route of contact on our website.

Click4assistance have been a great company to work with. Their customer support and after care has been fantastic. The team at Click4assistance are always happy to discuss and resolve any issue you may have and respond quickly and efficiently. They have a good understanding of customers individual needs and are happy to tailor their packages to suit those needs.

Click4assistance were very detailed with answering our initial enquiry.
I received regular calls during the trial period to make sure everything was working as we had hoped. I was assisted quickly when I wanted to adapt the design our customers would see in the live chat box from the friendly team. For what you get out of the software the price is great. I still receive calls to make sure I am happy with software after signing up which is great. It also suited us well as we didn't have to sign into a long rolling contract, would highly recommend

We currently use their Live Chat software which is fantastic. Their support is excellent they are always there when we need them. We deal primarily with Connor who is our account manager he has always been professional and helpful when dealing with our needs. Highly Recommended!
