Very professional but friendly approach…
Very professional but friendly approach to setting up an account which, given that this is a FCA Regulated, Business is important.
Dealing is quick, efficient and the rate quoted very competitive ( a huge saving on any deal across accounts within a bank). Administration follow up again friendly and efficient.

Always found this service excellent…
Always found this service excellent with their on-line portal easy to use and very convenient. I have noticed however an issue with the last few transactions I made. Once I have clicked to capturte a rate, once it converts it has been down graded by a percentage point costing me more than I have anticipated. This has happen on the last four transactions.

BRILLIANT SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Whitespay offer a totally professional and seamless service, I only wish I'd discovered them sooner!
As an SME who'd spent several years paying £17 transaction fees and uncompetitive FEX rates for each trade via our bank, we decided to give Whitespay a go and haven't looked back since. We pay no transaction fees, their rates are significantly better than our bank would provide and their service is quick, reliable and idiot-proof. They held our hands as we set up our account and now, when we need to pay a foreign invoice, it's sorted within minutes after a simple email request.
I'd 100% recommend other SMEs give them a go - you won't look back and you'll make great savings.
