Cleantec Recensioni

Top customer service. Happy to have found Cleantec

I recently bought a Kranzel HD10 off Cleantec and needed some extra quick release connectors.
I found the company really helpful when I rang and the delivery service fast and resonable .

Will definitely buy from these guys again.

Excellent price, quality product, quick delivery.

Easily found what I was looking for on the website, item was delivered within the time specified, however wrong fitting was supplied.
I phoned Cleantec and within 2 days I received the correct fitting.
Great service, thank you.

I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this store. The delivery was super fast and everything was handled very smoothly. At first, I was a bit confused, but once I contacted the team, they explained everything clearly. I’m really pleased with the service and will definitely be recommending this store to others in the future.

Good quality item better than the original.

The bottle had to be connected at 90 deg to the handle because the connector was at wrong angle for the bottle to hang vertically, but no big deal I can adjust at a later date

Prompt arrival.
Very pleased with item

I had a query and it took a long time before they got back to me. Once contacted did solve my query.

Great service and efficient shipping
Happy

Good priced product and well informed about the delivery. I would recommend and use again

Excellent products for a wide range of operations along with helpful information for their use. Reasonable prices as well.
The only downside was Parcel Force. A more appropriate name would be Parcel Farce as their promises of delivery times were 24 hrs out with no communication or apology from them. Not Cleantec's issue though.

Part that was sent was incorrect
Advert stated part would fit all Karcher 550 pressure washers . It did not water poured out of handle it should of had 3 washers fitted on end of fitment it only had 2 washers
Complete waste of money & about 2 weeks delivery time
Avoid buying from this company

Good service and communication.
Ordered Kranzle dirt blaster lance for my jet washer and was able to continue my spring cleaning.
Excellent original product.
Thanks to all at Cleantec.

These guys are very good and quick to reply , Great service 👏

The service is first class

Purchased replacement hose & trigger gun for power washer. The items are of good quality, however the connections are not a good fit therefore water sprays everywhere (triggers the power washer motor, therefore its constantly running). Tried using plumbers tape / contacting the seller numerous times about other connections but been unsuccessful. Ended up buying another power washer.

Excellent quality fast delivery

Super fast delivery. Product was exactly what I needed.

Purchased some Marolex pressure bottles from Cleantec.

The website had a great selection of products and the Marolex items, which are pretty much the best ones to get for what I was after, were available and at good prices as well unlike on other websites.

The the items arrived promptly and were very well packed.

Great first time use of Cleantec and will use them again for sure.
