Cleantec Recensioni

No problems, used before so returning customer

Ordered a kranzle 10/122 ts as a bundle on line, item turned up and found snow foam bottle was wrong one .
Phoned up to sort it out no problem at all 2 days later replacement bottle arrived !
Great service nice bit of kit👍

Good price. A little slow on delivery

I called first to get advice, the sales person was great, knew what they were talking about and gave me some things to consider. Bought on the website, good price and no problems.

Very happy with the service I received and will definitely deal with Cleantec again in the future

Very quick delivery and a superb product thanks guys

*EDIT*

Oh dear well this started out great but the very expensive Kranzle pressure washer broke within 2 weeks. We had to send it back to Northern Ireland after a protracted and nonchalant response from cleantec.

I got the machine back with apparently a new capacitor fitted. However it got sent with a hose that didn't screw into the machine. On closer inspection the hose I got sent back wasn't the brand new one I sent with the 2 week old machine it was an old one that looked like it had done 10 years on a building site. One end of the threads is rounded off and it doesnt fit the machine so nearly 3 weeks after getting it back I have not been able to test it. I was promised my hose or a new hose would be sent and never got one and now being blanked.

Cleantec I think are trying but are basically very poor at after sales service I am now having to buy a £80 odd quid hose for a machine that was £800 and broke after about 6 uses and 2 weeks. The product is crap and the service of the company that supplied it has made the whole thing a complete waste of time. I should have just ought a pro Karcher from a local supplier and had the backup.

Would avoid cleantec unless you are located in Northern Ireland.

It took ages to fulfill my order (apparently went missing in the post) when it did arrive it didn't fit so have asked for support. I have provided a photo as requested but since then (over a week ago) silence. I have now asked you to resolve or advise how I can return to get a refund and guess what... silence. So 2 stars is generous!

Great company with great service my order was dealt with and delivered within a week and the free gift also arrived a few days later. My package was a sensible and keenly priced deal will definitely use Cleantec in the future, thank you.

Good bit of kit but needs a lot of ' pumping '... 🥴

Ordered and delivered in 5 days. Brilliant!

Didn’t receive delivery and took nearly two weeks to sort

Well deserved and thank you for your assistance on resolving any issues, hopefully I will receive my parcel in next day or two.

I was really disappointed to learn that after ordering a machine that showed 10+ in stock on the website, that in reality none were in stock. Gerald was great to deal with but the lack of communication on lead times was very frustrating.
All round a great company just some niggles

High grade product with promo delivery.

My query was dealt with very efficiently and my delivery was quick and hassle free.

Good price and exceptionally quick delivery

Great company even tho our friends in n/I ..I was i bit anxious at first . But had great communication prior to ordering a kranzel bundle and when something was missing from the order it was no issue and arrived a few days later . Again great communication and even gave me after sales support as i was a but clueless how to set things up. Could not ask for more really. Thank you Gerald for all your help your a star .👍
